Very delayed shipping. Unresponsive customer service. Pants arrived and did not look anything like they were shown online and had a horrible smell to them. I have emailed customer service 2 times to return the jeans and still have not heard back! Very disappointed. Do not buy from this company!

Gave 1⭐️ ONLY because 0⭐️ wasn’t an option. Received 1st pair of jeans. Took awhile but eventually came. Fit was a little loose, so I ordered same pair in 1 size down. Received email with Tracking info. Says December 23, 2025 the package was in China. When I tried to email from 2 different email addresses, both times it bounced back saying my email couldn’t be delivered. There is no online customer service chat or a phone number to call. E-mail is the only way to reach out to this “company.” There’s nothing else I can do besides cross my fingers and wait for my order to arrive and leave this review.😒

AdorellaFashion advertises a return policy, but important limitations are not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. After receiving the items and finding they did not fit, I requested a return and was informed that all returns must be shipped to a warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense, which can involve significant international shipping costs.

When I raised concerns about this, I was offered a 15% refund and told this was their final offer. No prepaid return option or reasonable alternative was provided.

Requiring customers to pay high international return shipping that is not clearly explained upfront makes the return policy ineffective in practice. I would not have made this purchase had these conditions been clearly disclosed.

I’m giving one star review because there’s nothing else less to give. Lots of things went wrong with this order. First of all the product comes from China so it took almost two months to receive it, I almost forgot about my purchase. The jeans are made with such poor material, the fabric feels stiff, the colors are dull and let’s not mention how unflattering they look. When you are standing the zipper or front of the jeans bulge, when you sit down the bulge is ten times more noticeable. They advertise the jeans as low to mid rise but they were so high up, way past my belly button. The honest truth everything is wrong with this pair of jeans. Unfortunately I’ve lost my money because I doubt I’ll be able to send them back to China or get a refund from them.

BEWARE! I bought the fleece leggings for 17.95 about a month ago and yesterday I was charged again 29.99! I tried to find my order I can’t and they took my info to scam me right before Christmas 😩 I should have looked up reviews first I wouldn’t have been a victim. I changed my card information and will dispute the charge once it’s no longer pending! DONT SHOP!!!

I bought some fleece lined “magic leggings”. I bought them in L/XL in bronze and was charged $17.99. I knew something was up when I got the email that said my order shipped and it was a XS/S in light. This was almost a month ago. I emailed and they said it hadn’t shipped and they’d send me the corrected size and color. Today I was charged again for $29.99. I look up the “tracking number” and no order exists. Safe to say I’ve been scammed and will not be receiving anything. I had to file a dispute with my bank for both charges and lock my card until I get back from travel so I can cancel and replace it.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Stick with the ONESO jeans. ZERO STARS!!!! They STOLE my money. My package was sent to an entirely wrong city. I had proof and they kept replying with a generic message that it was delivered. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY!

I ordered, paid for priority shipping, 3 weeks later they said they delivered. I never got my 2 pairs of jeans. Never again.

Ordered some of those "butt lift" jeans. used the size chart. normally i wear a 16-18 in jeans so i ordered a 2xl, according to their size chart i was sizing up, hopefully giving a looser fit. They came almost a month later and they are WAY TOO SMALL and SHORT, cheap quality, no tags. I contacted support to make a return and got the "its too expensive to ship back so they can offer a 10% refund." NO i paid 40$ for this cheap stuff and want a full refund i am waiting for a response. If i knew it was coming from China i would have never ordered jeans. This site is a SCAM do not order from them.

2 weeks after receiving an item I ordered they tried to put another charge my card, my credit card company declined the charge thankfully.

The worst business …. I ordered jeans and they advertised up to 12 days shipping. Came two months later! Also, it was the wrong jeans shipped and they refuse to refund me. The size was wrong and one Jean had the size ripped off so I could not see it. They said they can’t refund me. They will steal your money and their customer service will not help you. SCAM

Please stay away from this, it's a SCAM. I ordered a jean and it took so long for the item to get shipped. When I finally received it, it was way too big and made with cheap materials. I did contact the customer service and I keep getting the same automated email, everytime I ask for a refund they keep telling how expensive it's going to be and that it will be even more expensive than the item itself but they never tell me how much exactly or how to proceed. They offered 10% discount, then 15% but when I told them I won't wear it because it's way too big, they told me they don't refund opened package. Like what ? Do not waste your time, save your money my girls.

Wow is all I have to say. After reading all the negative reviews, I was beginning to think I got scammed. Well, I DID finally receive my “ butt lifting” jeans today, 30 days after I ordered them. I followed the sizing guidelines. I was so excited, but immediately disappointed when I tried them on. They are at least a size too big and, if it’s even possible, flatten my butt even more. I don’t need any help there! They are poor quality, no tags or markings. Nothing. I have initiated a return. Let’s see if I actually get refunded. Ugh.

Claim to ship in 3 days. It's FIVE weeks and they haven't shipped. When I emailed to cancel I received an email saying 'shipped' WILL RECEIVE IN ANOTHER 5 WEEKS !!! lol

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AUTOMATED EMAILS ONLY.

If I could give a negative review I would. I placed an order and what I received is such poor quality. It looks nothing like was advertised. I’ve sent seven emails back-and-forth to the company to request a refund and I just keep getting the runaround. Do not order from them!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Do not be scammed. I ordered four items, received one that is very poor quality and cannot be worn. I am on my sixth email of trying to get my other three items or a refund. I’ve been getting the same “we are investigating” response now for weeks. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.

I order 3 bras rec'd only two. Shoddy workmanship. When I tried to contact them the email bounced back. Do not do business with this company.
