This place is not legit do not order from this place people have ordered stuff and never received their items. People have also cancelled and never received a refund. This is a complete scam.

Ordered a lego set family for mothers day from the kids and it never arrived and the tracking just updates everyday to have it arrive the next day. Its been 2.5 months with guaranteed delivery by mothers day. The company stopped responding to emails. Do not purchase anything from here!

The dress i ordered for a wedding got delivered late and to the wrong address. I never ended up getting the dress and customer service will not reply to my many emails asking for a refund..

If I could give this a 0 star I would.
Ordered two dresses from TikTok, purchased April 27th, paid priority process, arrived May 19th.
HORRIBLE support, bouncing emails, repeating the same response in the emails.
The sizing was way off and immediately emailed, after reading the return policy to be offered 15%, then 20%, then 25% refund. Along with these offers long emails saying how it's going to cost me so much in returning them, tariff impact, shipping so far etc... AND every time me requesting the return shipping address and NEVER being given it. Then being told if the package is even opened, no refund.
This company is a SCAM and should be blocked from operating.

The item I got does not look like the item in the picture! Very bad quality! The Adorella website makes you believe that the items are shipped from the UK, but they are shipped directly from China. The parcel took 4 weeks to arrive. The refund policy is ridiculous and customer service basically non existent. DON'T BUY FROM Adorella.co. !!!

DO NOT BUY!! I purchased the famous “born to die” shorts and top usually advertised on tiktok, after purchasing it was given no updates on the wear abouts of my parcel to the point where i thought it wouldn’t even arrive it took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did i was met with extremely poor quality, awkward sizing and the clothes are extremely over priced for the poor quality. I have had the items for a day now and the white lace from the shorts have already ripped off when i haven’t even left the house in them.. absolute scam paying £30 for clothing that rips within wearing them once. If you admire the clothing this store has please try find it elsewhere like shein, whos quality, prices and communication is much better.

It’s an absolute scam!!! I ordered 3 milkmaid dresses. They look absolutely nothing like the picture, no back corset or anything. I have emailed them 3 times and no response. What an absolute joke

I should have known advertising on tiktok was a red flag, I ordered 2 milkmaid dresses and one is see through and has stitching out of it and the other one the zipper broke when doing it up. Such poor quality, do not waste your money!

Worst clothing brand EVVEEERRR! I bought some cute looking clothes on there and thought it was safe. NO. I got no confirmation of my order, no updates or anything. This is when I got suspicious.... a week after the delivery date, I still hadn't got any message or communication. So, I applied to the bank for scam fraud, I thought I was getting scammed! A few days later, I finally got them (surprisingly). Terrible quality and never worth that money. So my bank card is now unusable and my clothes are shit. SAVE YOURSELF!

Literally the most awful company!
Customer service is literally nonexistent, don’t reply to your emails so you have zero communication.
The quality of the clothes are just as shocking, my parcel arrived and it come from Ali express! If I wanted a £10 dress from Ali express I would have ordered it from there.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money and time!
Also, to top it off when you look them up on HMRC they are no where to be seen so I don’t actually think they are even a real company!

Contacted multiple times and had was ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Has been over a month since I ordered my item, checked the delivery and it was cancelled.

This compamy call themselves ARDOLLA UK to make you think they are based in UK when in actual fact the product is sent from ASIA possibly China. I should have done more checking as i found the same Jewellry on Amazon and £10.00 cheaper and i would have had delivered for Xmas and not still be waiting as i am now.

shit clothing tbh. ordered the born to die vest looks like it was printed on so cheap and the material is awful and the sellers don’t respond or let you return stuff. don’t bother wasting ur money on this cheap website

The item I received is terrible. The quality of the product is terrible. Definitely not worth the money. The vest top and shorts look like they from the pound shop. I will never buy from them again. No refunds only exchanges. Disgusting!!!

Disgraceful Service. I order couple of things more than a month ago and I still have not received anything. I have queried it with the customer services team and no one responds. Avoid at all cost

I never received my package!! They’re so quick to respond to the email saying they sent it but when I explained I never got it they just don’t respond?????

i have brought from here item didn’t fit they explained i could have a credit, no cash refunds which was ok but wouldn’t provide me with information to send the dress back
reached out for over a month.
have now contacted the credit card company to get it sorted.
wouldn’t buy from them again
