Christine from the first second makes you feel welcome. I was new to massage's and wasn't sure what to expect. From the first second I felt at ease and would recommend to everyone & anyone. Initially I tried a sport massage which helped me recover no end from running excessively. But I also tried a relaxed massage which was extremely soothing. If you are new too massages I couldn't recommend more!

Christine really made an effort to find out the issue and focused on the problem, she adjusted the pressure if required and made me feel very comfortable. She went above and beyond.

It was the first time I had ever had a massage and was a bit apprehensive. My therapist was Sophie, who was lovely, warm and friendly. Sophie listened to my concerns and was able to tell straight away what was happening with my neck, shoulders and back. She told me exactly what was going to happen throughout the whole process. I feel so much relief after just having the one treatment. I have booked for another in July. I cannot recommend Sophie highly enough. Her treatment helped me so much with the pain I experience in my neck causing terrible migraines. Sophie also gave a couple of exercises to try until the next appointment. Really impressed and will definitely recommend Adjust to family and friends. Thanks so much Sophie.x

Had a deep tissue massage with Christine, she applied the perfect amount of pressure and got really deep into my knots. She also did a bit of my head which was very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back soon!!

Had a wonderful Deep Tissue with Christine who made me feel completely at ease straight away. The massage was great with great pressure and came away feeling like it had really done the job. Have just booked my husband in to go next week and I’ll be returning to try an Indian Head Massage. Easy to find location, very clean and comfortable. I recently booked in for a Sports Massage as I was experiencing lack of movement, pain and stiffness in my Upper Arms and Neck. Following a full consultation regarding my condition, Bart, expertly provided my options and then professionally dealt with the problems. I have to say that I have seen a marked improvement in my mobility in just a few days. Highly recommended service and gets my full approval!

First ever Indian Head massage with Christine who did a great job. Christine asked if there was anything in particular that needed focusing on and I felt loads better after the hour.
Rebooked for another one in a month’s time.

My first visit. Basic rooms but the massage with Molly was great. She consulted my needs and I really felt the benefit of the Swedish massage. Molly found 2 particular areas that needed focusing on and worked on them and I really felt the benefit afterwards. I have booked 2 more appointments with her over the next few weeks. 4 stars only because the environment could be improved.
