First time at Adjust West Bridgford booked an appointment due to a back problem. Appointment was with Gem who I was very impressed by she took time to discuss my issues and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. Would highly recommend Gem, before leaving booked a second appointment.

The Indian Head Massage was amazing and Christine was extremely professional and very friendly. Highly recommended. I will definitely be attending for more.

Booked in for a pregnancy massage, my original masseuse was unwell so the day before I contacted and booked under a new therapist for a little later on the same day as my original appointment. Christine was brilliant, she took the time to understand what I needed and it was an hour of total me time. I enjoyed it so much and felt so relaxed after it, I've booked again for 3 weeks time! My treat to myself for the last few months of pregnancy.

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Martin was very attentive and experienced in helping sort with my stiff neck and shoulder which was giving me a constant headache. Felt the difference instantly. Highly recommended
