Had a great back massage from Christine this week. Really sorted out the muscle stiffness I was experiencing!

I can’t speak highly enough about Christine. Thoroughly professional and very friendly. A really enjoyably experience.

Booked in with Billy for a deep tissue massage. After a consultation and a chat we agreed on what areas to work on.

His skills are second to none! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept me updated on what is about to happen and what sensation to feel. Amazing therapist.

I have been multiple times to Adjust Massage, Sutton Coldfield for a variety of different massages with different practioners and can say I've always had a great experience. Today I had a 1hr Indian Head Masage with Krissy, which has absolutely got to be my new favourite treatment..her massage felt targeted and specific and was just sublime. It's majority back/neck treatment with scalp massage at the end and I can't wait to book back in.

The numbers on Wollaton road at Beeston are a bit all over the shop and I rang the main phone number for advice to the centre as number's varied on the road. The lady was very helpful and guided me to the centre. Upon arrival I was collected from the reception by Christine and add a physical health assessment and what my needs was on the massage. I can honestly say that it was the best massage I have received in 20 year's of having massages, for help with lactic acid build up in my leg's. I can honestly say I felt lighter and stronger after my massage and I have already booked in for next month for a another massage.

I recently had a Swedish massage with Christine at Adjust, Beeston. I enjoyed the experience and she listened to the health issues I had and fully responded. Christine was personable, professional and used her experience to ease any discomfort and personalise my massage. I left feeling eased and relaxed and I would highly recommend both Christine and Adjust. Thank you and I look forward to my next visit.

I visit Adjust on a regular basis. The service is excellent. Vladimir is very knowledgeable and professional. I have a sports massage, and feel marvellous afterwards. If I have any muscular issues, I discuss this with Vladimir and he will work on the specifics. I would highly recommend Adjust and Vladimir

The man with magic hands. Vladimir is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have been to many massage therapists over the years for my neck & back, Vladimir puts them all to shame. He has been the only one to sort my back out. He uses the correct amount of pressure and you walk out feeling like a human again. I now see him monthly for maintenance sessions and recommend him highly.

Found Vladimir about 3yrs ago now. Honestly such a blessing. I have extremely high standards and this guy knows his craft. Had massages by around seven other people prior to meeting him. He has got to be one of the best in Nottingham and beyond. Nine out of ten movements he makes are bang on the money. Couldn’t ask for better!.

Definitely recommend a hot stone massage with Jules. Very knowledgeable, very thorough and definitely found those tight muscles.
Added bonus of the new location on Wollaton Road in Beeston is lots of parking nearby and the option to go for food or drink before or after the treatment.

Just popped in on the off chance I could be seen. New to the area and wasn't sure of the process to get a booking. Managed to get seen at the next available slot which was 45 mins later. Was in agony with my back and shoulder. Olwen worked her magic. Got another booking for next week but already feeling tonnes better. Great service very highly rerecommended

I received a gift voucher and booked a Deep Tissue Massage with Richard. I had an initial consultation and the massage itself was firm and effective. Highly recommend, and now booked in regularly for sport massages
