Adjust Massage Anmeldelser

Had my first massage with Christine this week and it wont be my last. I had a wonderfully relaxing Swedish massage and Christine also did deep tissue massage on my shoulders and neck where I needed it. She also massaged my face and jawline which I wasn't expecting and it was a welcomed surprise. I would definitely recommend Christine and I left feeling relaxed yet energised

I see Bruno for a regular sports massage and can't recommend him enough!! Very knowledgeable and always fixes my bad back, aches & pains. 10/10 service every time.

I had a massage with Christine. She was very professional. Nice spacious and clean room. Strong hands. She has a range of pressure strength. Loved it.

Easy to book initial consultation and massage with Jesse. Really convenient location with parking. Jesse was prompt and spent sufficient time covering my history and expectations. He listened carefully, explained everything throughout the session and delivered a great massage, which has really helped. I have booked another session!

The booking system at Adjust is very straightforward. It is the first time I have had a treatment with Christine and she checked it with me frequently to make sure the pressure was just right

Excellent service from start to finish!
I phoned to make an appointment and was able to get one without any delay, which was fantastic. The building is lovely, clean and welcoming.
Christine was absolutely amazing. Although I had originally booked for one treatment, she listened to me and understood what I needed, then changed the treatment to better help with the issue I was experiencing. She was professional, caring and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christine and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Christine, for such a lovely experience

Christine was great. At the start of the appointment she explored my issue and we agreed an approach. While he technique is firm to strong, she adjusted it down at the small number of times I shared discomfort. My body was suitably loosens up.i will be happy to return to Christine in future.

UPDATE- After speaking with the wider team they explained the cause of the issue and offered a courtesy massage which was really appreciated.

Great massage in the end with Rebecca at Market Harborough. Relaxing and really tailored to what you need and super friendly. Would recommend going forward and will be my new monthly spot!

ORIGINAL-
Appointment at the Market Harborough site was cancelled 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time by an auto cancellation email after receiving only 30 minutes before a reminder email. No phone call or anything to let me know. Considering your booking email has in bold they have a 24 hour cancellation policy or you're charged fully this was frustrating.

I hadn't seen the email whilst travelling to the location. Rang the doorbell as instructed, and after ten minutes had to find out by another person in the building there wasn't anyone else in there. That's when I found the cancellation email.

I'd have at least expected a phone call as a courtesy with such little notice, especially considering the website was still showing times available later in the day.

A fantastic deep tissue massage from Sarah. I felt like I was floating on air afterwards, and feel so much more relaxed and with better movement. I've booked my next one already.

It was a joy to find Adjust Massage in West Bridgeford, the crowning glory was Jesse-John, he arrived with a smile and obvious boundless energy. I was welcomed into a Clean Studio are made to feel very welcome. The consultation and subsequent treatment was super focused on my neck condition and although initially I had some aches and pains as a result of the treatment, this stiffness is now turning to a much more movable neck and shoulders. In addition to his upmost professional approach, he was a lovely interesting man.

Krissy is amazing! Fantastic hot stone massage. Krissy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and targeted all my tight knots and back pain with great skill. I left feeling like a different person. Thank you Krissy! Highly recommend to anyone.

Christine was excellent, found my achy bits immediately

Christina helped bring me back to life with a much needed Indian Head and back massage. Thank you, and you will see me again soon. Lesley

First time at Adjust Massage with Christine who immediately put you at ease with her friendly manner and tailored the massage accordingly, providing significant focus on the problem area.

Christine is very considerate of her clients. She is diligent and skilful. She makes sure that the treatment matches the clients needs. A very professional person, and I am always pleased to make a return visit to Christine.

Christine is very responsive and tailors each massage to my needs on the day. The massage is extremely restorative and beneficial and I feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. Thank you

Very proffessional and friendly staff. I recieved a sports nassage for a muscle problem and it felt noticable better immedietly after. Will definitely be using them again.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Christine for the first time. She made me feel at ease and asked lots of questions about my health and my problems. I felt confident that she knew what she was doing. I will be returning for more massages as I will need several to feel the benefit.

I can't recommend Vladimir highly enough. He truly has magic hands!

I don't invest in massage therapy as regularly as I should and tend to be quite reactive when symptoms flare up rather than taking a proactive maintenance approach. However, every time I visit Vladimir, I'm reminded just how beneficial his treatments are.

He has a fantastic understanding of my medical condition, spondylolisthesis, as well as my intermittent migraines and tension headaches. He always takes the time to assess how I'm feeling and applies the most appropriate treatment for my needs on the day.

I attended today with significant tension and a dull headache, and I knew before the session had even finished that I would leave feeling better. Sure enough, the headache had completely gone by the time I left.

Vladimir is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at what he does. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my treatment. Highly recommended!

Go see Vlad he works wonders. I work at a desk and try and stay active but get tight shoulders/back/hips and pins and needles in various places. I have diabetes too and can feel inflamed which contributes to the tightness. This affects my training and general days out with my daughter etc. In the past i've had to have a few sessions massage and repeated stretching/yoga to "iron" it all out. After every session with Vlad though and I feel completely loose, pain free and normal.

He clearly understands human anatomy and how everything is connected and takes the time during a session to find where is tight, even areas you didn't expect. He has a very sensitive approach and he has a fantastic way of backing off and building up the pressure when working in an area that really works without unnecessary pain. My last session was after a rough travelling day and everything felt seized up. He worked my hips, back, shoulder and chest. I walked out feeling refreshed, energised and my body felt better than good.

Can't recommend him enough.
