Completed offer but reward refused due to “tracking issues”
I completed a Bingo Blitz offer through an offerwall connected to adjoe.io, following all stated requirements during the promotional period. I played consistently over an extended period and met the conditions required for the reward.
Despite this, I did not receive the 239,308 points promised for completion.
I contacted support multiple times and was told that the tracking system did not receive the necessary data from the game provider. However, no evidence, logs, or detailed explanation of what was missing was provided, and my requests for escalation or a proper investigation were not answered.
Instead, I received repeated copy-paste responses stating that rewards could not be issued and suggesting I try other games, which does not address the missing reward for an already completed offer.
At no point was I provided with a clear breakdown of what tracking data failed, whether any manual review was conducted, or confirmation that the issue was escalated to the offer partner.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to the lack of transparency and resolution after a significant time investment.
I will be taking this forward as its clearly not a mistake by their reptuation
