Addy communicates well, the process is easy and my one complaint (easier sign on for active users) has been addressed.

Great way to learn investing
Addy is a great venue to test out your investing skills with very little capital involved. I do have one regret though... that I haven't invested more in the properties I already partly own!

Entering the Real Estate market for as little as a dollar.
When I signed up for addy, I had hesitations because it's an old concept (crowdsourcing) being applied to a big existing industry (real estate).
I wasn't expecting much and purchased shares on properties I like and at a comfortable amount that won't be too painful just in case there are loses. It's a calculated risk.
I'm glad it worked out! I gained 26.22% from the first property that I owned. I got my initial investment back and then some.
It's nice to see my money working hard for me in real estate - an investment vehicle that used to be only attainable if I have thousands of dollars. Now, I can participate, thanks to addy!

Amazing service and proven ROI
Addy Invest presented themselves in their marketing and customer interactions as a transparent, community focused investment platform.
My expectations were high and they exceeded them. The financial returns thus far have met or exceeded the projected ROI.
More importantly Addy's member service team and senior executives have been super helpful every time I have reached out for help, information or direction.

Concept is great and very transparent
Concept is great and very transparent. The only thing is that they started charging annual membership fee but no properties for the past few months. Only pay for membership fees when you see new properties

The issue I have and it's a big one is, I do not get notifications when new properties come up for sale.

No properties listed in quite some time. Poor communication from site. There should be a weekly or at the very very minimum a monthly newsletter keeping us in the loop. The discord isn't good enough
