Really clear communications and transparency. Returns so far have been in line with the prospectus provided.

I think addy is a great idea with fantastic offerings to those who choose to join. I have been able to invest in several properties however there have been repeated times that I have not received notifications for new offerings and I find that frustrating. When contacting addy support they have tried to correct it but to no avail.

I've gotten solid returns and appreciate one of the founders actively responding to questions online. I haven't had any issues at all with distributions and quite happy with the online experience.
I like the detailed documentation you get about the properties and you can choose which you feel comfortable investing in.
