JOI Anmeldelser

Phenomenal product and insanely quick shipping! Never disappointed!

I have been using Joi Almond Paste for about 4 years now and love the convenience, product purity, and customer service is always the best.

We ordered the products and waited for almost a month. We placed the order twice, and no one informed us that there would be such major delays.

We have been using JOI for over 6 years and we love it. Our customers always compliment our almond milk and we feel good serving such a healthy option. Plus, customer service is very personalized and that makes it so much easier for our business. Thank you JOI team!

When following exact ratios customer did not find the flavor appealing

Products came in super quick! Checking out online was easy and painless trying to get tracking information to watch the shipment.

Easy to order w/ fast delivery. Product is consistent & easy to use.

We just love what you do and think it's such a unique product. :)

I reached out to request product samples because we’re very interested in testing JOI products for our café recipes and menu development. The inquiry process was quick and seamless, and the team was very responsive. Really appreciate how fast and helpful the communication was. Great service overall.

Love Joi products, their products allow us to make our own alternative milks for our cafe!

Joi is great.
Not only am i able to go through gallons of milk without throwing away one container but the milk i make is truly superior.
I make vegan espresso drinks in a building with 2 vegan restaurants. They throw away cartons all day. I go through way more milk and don't throw away any!

They have been very communicative and helpful every time I’ve ordered, and I have enjoyed getting to know their whole product line. I love how true they are to organics and health and the transparency is also very aligned with my interests as a shopper :) go Joi go!

Order was received promtly and the product is consistent in taste and texture.

Wonderful customer service great consistency with the products

Great product, great service, fast shipping.

Wholesale status was approved quickly, first shipment was sent and received quickly. The box did arrive super crunched, to the point I was worried some of the product had fallen out in transit, but inspection proved that everything was still there.

Purchased 2 jars of the Concentrate & they sent me the wrong product. Contacted them & sent photos but they've completely ghosted me. While I love the product, their horrible customer service has turned me off. I"m sure I can find the product somewhere else. Don't buy from them - they couldn't care less about customer service

They found my mobile number from some dark list and it is impossible to stop receiving text after text after text.
