As a small family run Care Home, we previously purchased a Seca Model 665 some 20+ years ago. It finally gave up when the LCD screen only displayed half the numbers! After doing a quick online search we found Adaptlife as they were also family run and decided on the 677 Model as it had the handrail which is much safer. Although we have only had it a short time it is a big thumbs up with the staff and residents alike. The discount with Adaptlife was a bonus and delivery was quick and hassle free. All in all a great experience and I would definitely use them again and not hesitate in recommending them

I ordered a turning sheet from Adapt Life for a hospital discharge, and the experience has been unacceptable. Their website clearly states delivery within 3–7 working days, yet we have now been waiting an entire month. The order has been delayed twice, leaving a medically fit patient stuck in hospital for weeks longer than necessary.

This level of service is completely unreliable, especially for essential care equipment. I would not recommend Adapt Life based on this experience.

Update- we have been issued part refund and a full apology

Very friendly, giving the appropriate advice when talking to their representatives, keeping their words with respect to any possible amendments in pricing and delivery of the items.

Centrobed Nile Leg Lifter - Great product, simple to use and easy to fit. There was some doubt as to whether it would attach to the bed so measurements were taken and custom adapters made, followed by a trial fit in my parents flat. All this organised by Adaptlife who kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent, friendly service.

I purchased an alternating air cushion for my wife's wheelchair. She has a grade 3 pressure sore at the base of her spine, and would normally have to stay in bed for all but an hour per day. The Alerta cushion enables her to get similar relief to her air mattress but out of bed. She recently sat in the wheelchair for 9hrs without any obvious detrimental effects. So generally a very worthwhile investment. In addition this was the only one I found with a rechargeable battery system for going out and about.

This is a very good bath lift. It does need an experienced fitter to fix it to the wall. Ideally the battery box would also be fixed to the floor but we want the ability to move it, so we didn't fix it. Solution is that I sit on that while my wife gets herself in and out of the bath.

Great value when compared with other sources. A very helpful and readily available team to advise and help. Arrived exactly on time and very well packed. Thank you so much for making this a simple transaction, much appreciated!

Adapt Life responded promptly and in accurate detail to my phone enquiries about exact wheel to wheel diameter and seat width of lightweight wheel chairs in their Vanos Excel G Logic range. Reassured that the chair with the 16 inch width seat would fit my husband and make it easier for him to get through the narrow door of our upstairs bathroom, we purchased. Prompt, trouble-free delivery followed, charge free, and as he was eligible, VAT was refunded. By follow-up phone call six weeks later, they asked if the chair was satisfactory and if we had any comments about the customer service we had received. We were kindly and skilfully helped, informed and supported at every stage by their customer service - and are very happy with the excellent quality of the wheel chair.

Adaptlife is one of the worst company I have ever dealt with.
First they completely bungled the delivery which was very delayed. I asked for a refund and they said it couldn’t be actioned while shipping. They wanted me to pay for a re- delivery when it was wrongly sent to a different address. By the time that the product arrived, the box, packaging and autoclave was damaged. They accepted no liability and offered no compensation. I even had to ask for my warranty details. I would never buy anything from them ever again.

I bought an Enbio Pro Autoclave from Adaptlife the communication was excellent Dominique was awesome and knowledgeable item was delivered when expected and the packaging was great thank you

The company was very prompt at replying to my query. The item arrived timely and in good condition. The wheel appears quite robust which makes it heavier than other models that I have previously used. It seemed easy to adjust but it then turned out that my carers were having difficulties attaching and de-attaching the wheel from my wheelchair. Also, once attached, if the wheel rotates which happens when reversing, the wheel is then off the ground and one has to rotate manually to the desired position. So in balance, it has pros and cons compared to other models and I haven’t quite made up my mind about it.

My order was exactly as described and arrived on time. I am delighted with my Rollz Motion 2. Excellent service!

Super fast service. Ordered Wednesday,received Saturday. Installed and used Sunday. Very pleased, works just as shown in the best demonstration of installing and use video of any bath lift I have ever seen. In fact it was watching this video that made me order from them 30 minutes after seeing it

We purchased 2 Invacare Aquatec Ocean VIP Ergo chairs form Adaptlfe with various different bespoke builds a couple months ago, we had made a mistake in the order but the service team were very willing and helpful to adjust it even after checkout. Delivery was speedy. Customer service was top notch.

This company are easy to deal with. They respond quickly and deliver on time. The purchase was well packed. I have a slight issue with the seat but i'm sure the company will sort it out if the situation worsens.
