I have joined Dr.Mahmoud’s SJT course after listening to his session on UKRST. The course was incredibly helpful for my professional dilemma part because of the explanations given were to the point and as per GMC ethical guidelines. The mock exam was very close to the topics tested in real exam. I scored 543 in my MSRA exam and got my first choice offer in GP .

I decided to join Dr Qusai's SJT course after a someone who had taken the exam informed me it would be very hard to score well in SJT without a mentor. I watched Dr Qusai's free videos on Youtube and very much enjoyed his way of teaching. I took a leap of faith and decided to join his course thereafter. His classes were very comprehensive and were ordered very well (Beginner Level to Advanced Level). Each class consolidated 4-5 extremely important concepts. These concepts would then be consolidated even further in the next classes, each class slightly more harder than the former but understandably so. The classes in between the recorded sessions were very effective as it gave us the opportunity to engage with Dr Qusai directly. The mini mock sessions at the end introduced very new concepts that I felt benefited me when I solved SJT mocks/question banks. The crash course was the cherry on top, as it summarised all the concepts we had gone through in a way that was concise and easy to retain. By the end of the course SJT became more like a chess game/mathematical equation more than it was anything else. I could not thank Dr Qusai enough for the session right before the exam where he solved the very high yield concepts with us, which were extremely helpful on the day of the exam.

This was my first attempt sitting the MSRA and my first exposure to SJT which I scored 268 on, thanks to this course.

This course was highly effective in improving my SJT performance, mainly due to Dr Qusai’s engaging and interactive teaching approach. He provided clear, thorough explanations for each question and often took the time to explore them in depth, ensuring that we fully understood the reasoning behind the answers rather than relying on memorisation. The sessions were very inclusive, with active participation encouraged and all contributions treated with respect, which created a supportive and productive learning environment. I also found the focus on ethical reasoning and professional judgement particularly valuable, as it helped me develop a more structured and thoughtful approach to these scenarios. Overall, I found the course extremely beneficial and would strongly recommend it to others.

I don’t have enough words to describe this course. It is excellent for SJT preparation, and the price is much lower than what it truly deserves.

What makes it different is that it doesn’t just focus on giving you the correct answer — it teaches you how to think. The emphasis is on understanding what the question is really asking and what the examiner expects from you, rather than memorising facts.
The teaching style is very interactive. The instructor challenges your thinking, asks “why not this?” and “why not that?”, and pushes you to justify your answers. This constant discussion really helps the concepts stick and builds a strong exam mindset.
Personally, I saw a direct impact. My mock score was almost identical to my real exam score (262), which shows how realistic and effective the preparation was. Many of my colleagues who attended the course also achieved high scores.
Overall, this course helped me develop a structured way of thinking, which is exactly what these exams test. It played a big role in me securing a radiology interview.

Dr QM simplifies a systematic approach to solve SJT, I think this is the key to solve SJT questions. He is an expert in this field and approachable when needed. My score went up from 210 in SJT to 250, even-though I joined in the last 3 weeks before the exam. It does need to spend more time in it to gain more marks. I strongly recommend this course.

This course really helped me improve my SJT. I liked the interactive way of Dr Qusai and the detailed explanation he provided for every question. He even involves us in every question, never interrupts or underestimates our answers or questions. Sometimes we spend almost an hour on one question, but that was very useful because it helped me understand the idea behind the answer properly, not just memorise it.

The course also helped me later in interviews. It improved the way I approach ethical questions and helped me understand professional and cultural differences better. I passed my Radiology and Emergency Medicine interviews, and I got 10/10 in the ethical questions. I believe this course played a big part in that.

It also helped me in MSRA, where I scored 563. I really found it useful and I highly recommend it.

I joined the course.I highly recommend joining the course which is more than excellent in my opinion. The course is well organised, focused on the important points which make the difference in the real exam. I don't live in the UK. I have zero NHS experience. Really amazing course. I was really confused and did not know how to prepare until I took the correct like with the SJT masterclass. Thankfully, a few days ago, I received a job offer in England after my MSRA exam last month

I have joined the classes, with zero NHS experience, never visited the UK and I found it very helpful to understand the system and mentality of the exam writers. Thankfully I scored 245 in SJT which I consider a huge improvement on my performance compared with pre course self assessments I hove done independently. I highly recommend this course.
