Посетихме болницата защото имахме сериозен здравословен проблем, но отношението на персонала беше на такова високо ниво, че за моменти смятахме, че сме в хотел. Докторите, мед. сестри, санитарите, рехабилитаторите и преводачите работят отдадено и винаги са на разположение на пациентите.

Нашият втори живот започна от тази болница. Още от входа ни посрещна Г-жа Нурджихан Алтинай-координатор-мила и приветлива, която в последствие даде ценна информация и помогна с преводи на документи.

Нямаме думи, с които да й се отблагодарим на тази мила, добра, грижовна, всеотдайна и Човечна Нери- неотлъчно до нас на изследвания, визитации, операции-винаги даваща ни кураж, внимание, подкрепа и спокойствие. I love this hospital! Everyone I met there are wonderful professionals - translators, nurses and doctors!!! And not only professionals, but also people with big hearts! Unfortunately, this is rare in Bulgaria, but in Florence Nightingale it is common! I felt like in a 5 star hotel, not in a hospital!!!

На18.07.2025г. ми беше направена трансплантация на бъбрек с донор съпругата ми Жанета Динева. За болница "Флоранс Найтингел" разбрахме случайно от интернет.
След безплатен преглед в "Бридж медикал" Пловдив от проф. Д-р Емироглу и нефроложката-мисля, че
името и е проф. Д-р Синангил- ако греша моля за извинение, решихме да бъда трансплантиран във "Флоранс Найтингел". Възхитени сме от отношението, условията, добротата и грижите, които полагаха за нас всички хора от персонала на болницата. Ще се опитам да изброя тези, които сме запомнили, но това се отнася за всеки, с когото сме имали досег:
Нериан- преводачката ни. Винаги и досега на разположение. Перфектна!
Санитарите- Али и госпожата с тюрбана, на която не знам името.
Медицинските сестри- всички момчета и момичета, по- специално госпожица Делян.

и всички от екипа, чиито имена не знам, но ги помня завинаги.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this hospital and all the specialists working there.
My story began in my home country, Bulgaria, where I spent months searching for answers about what was happening to my body. Unfortunately, the answers I received there were not sufficient, and I continued to feel unwell.
When I arrived in Istanbul, at Nightingale Florence Hospital, I finally felt that I was in safe hands. Within just one month, all the necessary tests were carried out, and I received a diagnosis that was far from easy. Chemotherapy followed, but throughout the entire process, I was constantly reassured and supported, and I was given confidence that everything would be alright.
I had the privilege of being treated by the incredible Prof.Dr. Ömür Gökmen Sevindik, who performed his work flawlessly. For that, I will be forever deeply grateful.
I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful woman who translated everything for me from Turkish to Bulgarian and back-Neriyan. She was not just a translator, but a true source of support. She was always by my side, took care of me, and held my hand during the moments when I was most afraid.
I am also grateful to the nurses for their prompt response and care at any time of the day or night, as well as to the hospital staff responsible for cleanliness, which was impeccable every single day.
They all made the most difficult period of my life much more bearable. They gave me hope, strength, and the belief I needed to move forward and face the life that lies ahead of me.

Our family recently experienced something no one is ever truly prepared for—a diagnosis that changes everything. In the midst of that uncertainty, finding Florence Healthcare International in Istanbul was nothing short of a blessing.

From the very beginning, the level of care, professionalism, and compassion we received gave us the strength and confidence to move forward. My father was understandably hesitant about undergoing robot-assisted surgery, but the medical team took the time to walk us through every detail. Their clear explanations, honesty about risks, and genuine reassurance helped him make an informed and confident decision.

We are especially grateful to our dedicated translator, Durcan Sen, who was with us every step of the way. She ensured that nothing was lost in translation and that my parents—who speak neither Turkish nor English—felt comfortable, informed, and supported at all times. Her kindness and attentiveness made a world of difference.

Professor Ahmet Tunç Özdemir, M.D. and his surgical team were exceptional. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the post-operative care was outstanding. Every member of the staff showed incredible attention to detail and a true commitment to my father’s recovery and well-being.

After discharge, the hospital thoughtfully arranged for my father’s stay at a nearby hotel while we awaited lab results. This seamless transition from hospital to recovery space further demonstrated their dedication to patient care beyond the operating room.

From the moment my parents arrived in Istanbul until the moment they boarded their flight home, they never once felt lost, uncertain, or uncomfortable. That level of coordination and care is truly remarkable.

We wholeheartedly recommend Florence Healthcare International to anyone facing a complex medical condition. Their expertise, compassion, and patient-centered approach turned a very difficult time into one filled with trust, hope, and healing.

Un hôpital où le patient redevient une personne.
Je suis arrivée à Istanbul avec un dossier médical lourd et complexe. Ce que j'ai vécu à Florence Nightingale a changé ma vision de ce que devrait être un hôpital.
L'organisation est bluffante. En moins d'une semaine, sept professeurs spécialistes m'avaient reçue, tous les examens étaient réalisés — dont une IRM corps entier, un examen que je n'avais jamais vu proposé en France — et mes traitements étaient déjà en place avec un suivi mensuel. Pas d'attente interminable, pas de rendez-vous éparpillés sur des mois. Ici, tout s'enchaîne avec une fluidité déconcertante.
L'humain est au centre de tout. Et quand je parle d'humain, je veux nommer deux personnes à qui je dois énormément : Alisher et Fidan, mes coordinateurs Bookimed. Ce ne sont pas de simples intermédiaires. Ils s'engagent personnellement auprès de chaque patient, cherchent les meilleures options, anticipent, rassurent, et restent disponibles avec une constance remarquable. Ma gratitude envers eux est profonde et sincère — sans leur accompagnement, leur écoute et leur dévouement, cette expérience n'aurait tout simplement pas été la même. Côté hôpital, même constat : les professeurs sont accessibles, le personnel soignant fait preuve d'une empathie et d'une considération que j'avais oubliées. En France, on est un numéro. Ici, on redevient un être humain.
Les détails qui en disent long. La propreté est irréprochable. Les escalators se mettent en veille quand personne ne les emprunte et redémarrent à votre approche. Les lumières des couloirs s'éteignent automatiquement. Ce souci d'excellence se retrouve partout, jusque dans les petites choses. Et puis il y a cette brasserie ouverte 24h/24, cuisine comprise, avec sa terrasse — un vrai luxe quand on enchaîne les rendez-vous médicaux. L'hôpital m'envoie même un véhicule chaque jour pour ma physiothérapie et ma kinésithérapie.
Oui, c'est un établissement privé de premier ordre, et les tarifs ne sont pas les plus bas. Mais le service est inégalé. Les résultats sont rapides et concrets. Et quand on porte un dossier médical lourd, ce niveau de prise en charge n'a pas de prix.
Je ne peux pas comparer avec d'autres hôpitaux à Istanbul puisque je n'y suis pas allée. Mais si, comme moi, vous cherchez une équipe qui prend votre cas au sérieux — vraiment au sérieux — Florence Nightingale et l'équipe Bookimed méritent toute votre attention.
