I wish there was an option to leave no stars, the experience I received in dealing with a cycles was nothing short of harrowing.
I ordered a pair of Sidi cycling shoes in December, with the website stating they had stock and could still deliver in time for Christmas.
They did not arrive for Christmas, all I was told is that they were out of stock but expecting a delivery shortly from the supplier.
2 more weeks went by and nothing. I noted that you couldn't even find the shoes on their website anymore.
I requested a refund.
1st time I was told not a problem they would sort that.
2nd time of asking, I got a sorry there must have been a miscommunication we'll get on it.
3rd time ( I had to phone them) oh we use a different platform for return and will need you IBAN number and refund it into your account.
4th time I am sorry there is a software issue, as soon as it is sorted we will refund you.
5th time, still a software problem.

I then notice the shoes back online. I e mail to ask if it would be easier to fulfil my order as they don't seem to want to give me a refund. They soon replied, yes we will send your shoes.
Another week later another e mail from myself, as I had paid for priority postage I thought I would have received the shoes but no.

To my amazement they arrived on Tuesday nearly 3 months after my order, countless emails and 1 telephone call. This is the worst customer service and online shopping experience I have ever had, and would never recommend them to anyone

Ordered some shoes. Took my money promptly from account but shoes didn’t arrive when promised. Had to be chase 3 times by email to get response. Phoneline didn’t work. Eventually, around a week after delivery expected got an automated email saying the were being dispatched. Eventually arrived. Overall wait around 2 weeks.

Have ordered from Acycles only once before, around 1year ago, and had exactly the same experience.

There won’t be a third . . .

Prices may be cheap but overall service terrible.

do not buy from these people!! cannot stress that enough, complete joke of a company and a im still waiting for my refund after 4months and now I have had to appoint legal assistance to retrieve my money. they are completely incompetent in every sense of the word!

I placed an order, for lubricant, through acycles.co.uk on the 16th of February. It has now been almost a month and I have still not received the products. Most importantly I have not received any update and despite having sent emails as well as tried to call there has been no reply. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent product received in good time bearing in mind this came from France. Also good price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Took payment for an item that was supposedly in stock on 19th Feb, with a stated delivery time of 3-7 days, and didn't deliver until 12th March, three WEEKS later! The worst thing however is that I received absolutely no response to communications (3 or 4 emails sent to the customer support email address provided on the receipt email, as well as some through the form on the website). I had actually informed them that I wanted to cancel the order after about 10 days but they completely ignored this and sent the item anyway, a week after that.. By that time of course I'd bought the item somewhere else. I'm now having to sell the extra one on ebay because it's going to be far easier to do that than to get any money back from this bunch of scammers!

I placed an order which on the website it dated was in stock, turns out it wasn’t!!
I contacted Acycles spoke to a french woman, who hung up on me. Tried again a day later got an English bloke who promised me the item had been despatched. Utter rubbish they arrived to day a month after ordering. They were posted out 26 days after I placed the order. My advice don’t bother look elsewhere.
I received my money back through PayPal then the items turned up, emailed Acycles to say I am happy to send the items back at there expense as I had purchased elsewhere. All I got was an automated reply thanking me for my order

My order was accepted, then sat waiting for action for over a week. The phone number on the website doesn't connect and the email response took 2 days. The product was finally sent 14 days after ordering and then arrived 3 days later. The experience of trying to find out what was going on was frustrating and means I won't use them again.

I purchased, and following a delay took delivery of a Kask Mojito helmet from Acycles in July 2017. Very happy with it but in January this year it developed a fault which i considered to be an issue under the two year warranty/guarantee (two plastic studs holding the cradle sheared off making the helmet unusable and not due to wear and tear). I therefore contacted Kask and they instructed me to contact the supplier to deal with it. I then contacted the Acycles Service Centre who did reply and instructed that if I thought I had a warranty claim then I should return the item to them and they in turn would send the item back to the manufacturer for inspection and reparation. They will decide if it can be repaired or replaced with a new one! I looked at all the bad reviews about the company but decided to take the risk of returning the helmet back to them and paid £11.50 postage for tracked and signed delivery. The parcel was despatched on 14/2 and was delivered to them on 18/2. I have sent a number of e mails to them asking for an update but so far have had no response. I have tried to contact them by telephone but again no one answers. I will be very surprised if I get anything in return now and obviously I am unable to take this matter any further which the company are all too aware of. Do not use this company!

I’ll start by saying I’m only giving this review as Acycles’ treatment of me has been nothing short of appalling.
In short, placed an order for about £750, kept one of the items, returned the rest by tracked insured post, which arrived back with them within days. From there, it was just a horror story. They never answered the phone (if you can find the telephone number!), never answered over 27 emails (I kid you not), all this time I was accruing interest on my credit card. Eventually raised someone on the phone, assured me they would refund me. 3.5 MONTHS passed in total, trying to get my refund, and eventually, I got it. Despite this all being due to their complete incompetence and disregard for a customer, I received no apology, no remorse, no gesture to repay my accrued interest, cost of calls, nothing at all. A complete shambles of a company with the customer at the very bottom of their interest list. Worst retail experience of my entire 39 years.
Avoid at all costs, see past the constant clearance sale prices, it’s simply not worth it.

I bought a trainer from ACYCLES on 27 Feb, It took the payment immediately but no delivery till now. Tried to contact them, they did not reply. Unfortunately, for an outside of EU customer, I can do nothing about it. AVOID this company even though the price seems cheaper the any other web sellers.

Ordered and paid online, received acknowledgement of this via email stating i would get another email once shipped. No emails, no items 1month later. Multiple emails without reply. Paypal claim initiated
would advise AVOID as all costs

I ordered a chainset that never arrived, I called but they were never answering, so left voicemail which was never responded to, I emailed several times to no response, luckily I paid via PayPal so have brought up a despute, avoid this company at all costs

Do not use this company

Ordered some POC knee pads. They were too small so sent back. The say they received the pads back, it was just after Christmas, but have not sent a refund. The do not reply to emails or contact via the website. Very poor and won’t use again. Stick with CRC or Wiggle is my advice.

Ordered a ritchie stem that was £30 cheaper than anywhere else. After ordering I read some of the bad reviews and was a bit concerned. But the packet arrived in good time and was as described so no complaints from me. Good service

Have ordered various things successfully, however recent experience unacceptable. After receiving invoice and payment confirmations no dispatch confirmation has been issued. Disturbingly the order doesn’t appear on my account record. No reply to online helpdesk. Managed to get through on phone line after numerous attempts and was told purchase had been dispatched and given date at the worst. Nothing turned up and I haven’t been able to get through on phone line or get an online response.

Good product, fair price

Ordered something 2 weeks ago with a 3-7 day delivery, they have confirmed the order and taken my money but no parts. I’ve called and emailed them several times with no response, they either don’t care about their customers or have gone bust.

Update.
Still no parts and zero communication from Acycles, raised a dispute with PayPal who contacted the seller. Apparently the seller responded to them and I’m now getting a refund through PayPal.
It feels like they show the items in stock but once you order it they then go and try and source it.

Great service. I struggled to get a replacement signature yellow spoke for my Mavic Crossmax in the UK. Acycles sent me one by return. Brilliant.
