Item not received. I thought the seller was in the UK (.co.uk website) but in France!
Courier claims to have attempted delivery but no card left. No other attempt to deliver in a week.
Seller not that keen to reply to email; maybe a language barrier?
Luckily paid by Paypal, hoping to get money back.
Don't bother, buy locally.

Only made a single purchase from Acycles but had no issues, delivery to the UK was fast and I was kept informed throughout the whole transaction (dispatch, tracking emails etc).

I ordered a helmet in early March, said 7 days delivery, no sign after 10 so emailed. No response, so went through the website, no response. Tried the phone number which just goes through to a mobile phone that no one answers. About a month later get an email saying they don't have it in stock, do I want a refund or another item so I ask for a refund and then 3 days later get a message saying the item has been shipped. As it had been over a month I'd already ordered the helmet from another vendor (hence asking for a refund). Helmet arrived but I don't need it now! Poor customer service and communication and after I'd not heard back I Googled them and have read some terrible reviews (probably should have done that prior to purchase).

Can't be certain if Acycles are just incompetent or quite frankly totally dishonest! I ordered a pair of Northwave Flash TH winter cycle shoes, priced £91.12p in December 2018. Received them within the allotted time but regrettably they were too tight so I returned them to Acycles on the 18th December for a refund to my credit card. By the middle of January 2019 I had heard or received nothing from them so emailed their customer service and was told that owing to a change of software, they were unable to offer credit card refunds, only bank transfers so I needed to give them BIC & IBAN numbers which I obtained from my bank and duly sent to them. Nothing happened so after several further exchanges of emails, I tried telephoning their contact number. This just rings out and then disconnects. After this, I emailed again but they stopped replying, still leaving me £91.12p out of pocket! I have since taken the matter up with Barclaycard and furnished them with all the evidence as described above and bless them, they have refunded me my money and will claim against Acycles. Well done Barclaycard - top marks. I would seriously advise against dealing with Acycles and would rate them as a fraudulent company.

I will never use Acycles ever again. Ordered a rear mech on the 18th march and received it 2 weeks later, which was too late because I had bought another one by then. They never responded to any emails or calls so that's why I ordered another one from a UK shop. I am now worried about returning it for a refund.

I have not yet received my order, placed 9 days ago. Despite 2 emails to the company I have not received a reply. I paid £6.99 for postage (3-5day delivery ) and the money (approx £80) has been taken from account. I will not be using A cycles in the future

Ordered a helmet on 24th March and paid £8.99 for priority 2/3 day delivery. After 6 days raised a ticket through their customer service email link but received no response however the ticket had been marked complete. I raised another, but again the same. after 8 days without response from them i began to worry. Used these before and had a similar experience but thought it was just bad luck, however it seems this wasn't the case when looking at the other reviews. Their customer service is non-existent. 3 emails and 2 'customer service' tickets raised without response. Telephone becomes disconnected after 12 rings. You get a horrible feeling of being scammed because of this. I shudder to think what would happen if I needed to send the helmet back for warranty issues. Needless to say I wont be using this company again.

My first order from ACycles.co.uk & was apprehensive due to some of the adverse reviews on this review website but the order process was faultless from my perspective:-

(a) Easily the best price online for the components ordered.
(b) Ordered Monday, received Friday. Quite good considering shipment was from south/central France (St. Étienne) to the UK.
(c) Informed, accurate shipment tracking provided.
(d) All prices in GBP, no exchange rate loss & £3.99 shipping cost better than some dealers shipping within the UK.

Would use again without hesitation & thanks.

14 day delivery when they stated 4-7 days. Took the money immediately though. Website confirmed shipping of the full order and when it arrived it was only 50% delivered. Contact them again and they said 'sorry' and said they didn't have the items and would refund the balance (not yet received it) THE PROBLEM is, only having half the spokes I ordered doesn't help me build a wheel! DREADFUL IN EVERY RESPECT!

I have ordered items from Acycles on several occasions now, and they always provide excellent service. I placed my most recent order on Sunday, and it was dispatched from France on the Monday and delivered to me on Friday morning. The Acycles website has a fantastic range of products, and their prices are very reasonable.

Perfect item and delivery with well informed e-mails to keep you updated until you can follow tracking. 5 stars all round, thank you

Made an order on the 11th Feb and I have still not received my items. They do not respond to emails or acknowledge any correspondence. I have set up a paypal dispute, fingers crossed I get my money back!

Easy to order the parts and arrived early. Can’t ask for more.

The worst experience ever buying on-line! It was an anxious and worrying wait, waiting to receive my order, the customer service was abysmal, not responding to e-mails, after weeks of waiting, they responded by claiming the delivery company was at fault! I was at the point of getting legal advice on the matter. arrived 6 weeks after placing my order.

This company is actually based in France which is not clear when you order. Prices are good but returns were difficult and customer service not very accessible apart from by email. Item returned and received 20 day ago and still no refund and no response from customer service. Terrible service.

Placed an order now 3 weeks ago. Items haven't arrived and they have refused to respond to any correspondence. Having opened a claim in Paypal's Resolution Centre, I also discover the company appears to be based in France. This is despite a '.co.uk' domain name, UK telephone numbers on their contact page and prices in sterling. There is no indication the store is outside the UK and I class this as wilful misrepresentation.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!
Ordered a helmet on 28/02 still do not have it. No dispatch email received.
Several unanswered emails sent, several unanswered online forms completed and several phone calls made to which no one ever picks up.
Only 1 online form had a reply which was they would chase with the courier and to check my account for updates on the ticket - well I hadn’t created an account so cannot get updates!
Have asked for a refund several times now. Have just opened a case with PayPal and am keeping everything crossed that I get my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE - EVER.

Appalling company, possibly even fraudulent. I have spent 4 months chasing a refund that has been continually promised but has never materialised.
