I have worked with a few brokers over the years and Ali Habib is by far the best. He listens to your situation asks the question he know may cause you an issue jn the application and ensures you are able to make the best decision for you an your family and will get you the best result available in the market. When I purchased my second property he walked me through the tax implications and found me a rate 2% lower than my bank was offering (which i thought was below the market)
