Richie from Nest really did support me all the way through my home insurance purchase. He set up regular phone calls based on my needs to check in on how my property purchase was going, where he made sure to give me advanced notice of plans we could pick in time for completion. Any time I needed to contact him I would send an email and he could be on the phone the same day to discuss the issue. Great service.

I already had insurance in place, but decided that it didn't quite meet my needs, so James found another option for me.

Genuinely can’t thank Ryan and Ben enough for all of their help. I was absolutely clueless about insurance prior to talking to them both.
