We recently used Nest (dealing with James Taylor) to organise our house and contents insurance. Very professional attitude with great customer service and communication. We had a delay in completion and James kept in touch but didn't badger us. Richie was brilliant, we had an initial call to discuss needs etc then booked in to discuss the following Tuesday however I had a call to say exchange was happening on the Monday, I asked if there was any chance he had time on the Monday and he called straight away no hesitation and got me all set up with the home insurance.
