Complaint about a driver in one for your vans - she pulled out on me on a 40mph road causing me to have to break suddenly. She was then swerving and didn’t bother using her indicators. When I came along side her at some traffic lights, it appears she was eating her lunch which is maybe why she was completely unaware of other drivers around her or didn’t care about her recklessness. Perhaps some staff need longer lunch breaks but either way, not a good look for the company to have a rubbish driver out driving company cars.

Just popped in for a coffee and muffin. Lovely relax atmosphere with staff very helpful and professional.
Highly recommended to everyone and no doubt I will pop in again when in the area.

I do not see how anybody can be happy with the service provided or received by this organisation. Misrepresentation, complete lack of transparency, Failing to meet SLAs on repairs, kitchen and other appliances not fitted or working on handovers. An absolute disgrace and nobody should have to go through this, i cannot see how they are even allowed to continue business.

Amazing service amazing staff Abri go above and beyond what a fantastic company

Before outlining my concerns, I want to acknowledge that many of the reviews on Trustpilot praise the excellent work carried out by the trade professionals working on Abri’s behalf. I fully agree with those reviews — the contractors themselves do a good job.
However, my experience with Abri’s Housing Officers and the complaints team has been extremely disappointing. The customer service provided is slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional.
I have lived in this block of flats for three years. During this time, tenants have repeatedly dumped large items of rubbish in the communal garden and bin areas. This is not an occasional issue — it is persistent and ongoing.
Abri state that a Housing Officer visits monthly to inspect the area and that reminders are regularly sent to tenants to keep communal areas tidy. In the three years I have lived here, I have received only one reminder — a single text message. I have seen no evidence of consistent monitoring or meaningful enforcement.
Despite submitting a complaint, the situation has not improved. In fact, as of this weekend, the problem has worsened significantly.
The lack of accountability and failure to manage communal areas properly is unacceptable. Abri appears unwilling to take responsibility for maintaining the communal garden or for holding tenants accountable for repeatedly leaving rubbish in shared spaces.
Abri need to take immediate and visible action to resolve this ongoing issue and to demonstrate that it takes its responsibilities to residents seriously.

Very grateful how my home was respected. Thank you Dave for your impeccable job, you did great work scraping the walls, sanding down then put this glue like paint and the knowledge you gave me in how I can paint the walls. You left my bathroom much cleaner than I did!

I had two recent appointments one plumber and one electrician. They were both extremely professional approachable and experienced in their work. Each explained how the job was to be done and how long it would take . Both were efficient and fully tidied up afterwards. Grateful to Russell and Myron for their mindful approach to completing their work fully. An asset to Abri 21/01 & 5/02 2026

Cafe 1759 was amazing. They love dogs, food is amazing, and so is the atmosphere. If you’re local or visiting, try it out!

Sylwester came out to repair my broken door lock. He arrived on time, was very helpful and explained what he was doing. He completed the job very quickly and was very friendly .

The Abri technician ensured he arrived early as requested, was very professional and courteous throughout and provided explanations when I sought his advice.

Stuff are very friendly helpful and professional it’s always a pleasure to chat with them. Very satisfied with my experience

I recently had a kitchen light fitting replaced and the young man was super efficient, and polite. He cleaned up the slight mess afterwards. Charming chap. Thankyou.
I also had the boiler serviced and I was so surprised the young man dried his feet at front door (it was heaving it down) super efficient and notified me that i needed a replacement fire alarm.
Both visits i was texted to say on their way. Thank you

We called abri customer services about a current issue with our boiler, Mandy was very helpful and made sure that she got hold of the correct team for our issue and was very kind and putting 110%, give this woman a raise! Thank you!!

It’s a lovely wholesome community cafe with wonderful initiatives and service. I’ll definitely be a frequent customer.

I use the community pantry and treat myself to a coffee from here when I work from home. Everyone who works/volunteers here are lovely and welcoming.

The food and drinks are hot, fresh, and tasty. Compared to other local cafés the prices are a lot cheaper too so you get your money's worth.

I love this place.
