Shame I can’t leave less. DO NOT use this company if you’re wanting to get home any time soon. We could have walked there and back in the time it took us to be picked up (1hr 10 mins) despite being told 30-35 mins then that they were on their way twice afterwards (it’s a 10 min drive at best).

Just scammers like the other reviews said. I wished I checked before! Hid the 20 quid drop off charges, hid the fact that they are miles a away from the airport (Bristol). Cancellation fee is 15% and takes 5 to 6 weeks to proceed ! Can't get through on the phone and if you finally do it is impossible to have a conversation as the sound on their side is so bad

Whatever you do, dont buy parking from this company!

I was made to pay 25% more than was advertised. They do not have a stand in stansted airport, they make you pay to park at short stay for 13 pounds (when dropping and receiving) And they also take forever to collect or drop off your car.

They do this while under cutting the real meet and greet facility provided by the airport.

It took 1 hour to collect my car, another vehicle driver almost missed his flight, while a third vehicle was left stranded at short stay.

We could all have been better off parking at long stay!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLS. They are scammers and tried to send us to an unknown address and pretended the drop off at luton was closed. Had to find an alternative at 4am.

1 star is too much – Refund not received after 6 weeks, unprofessional customer service
I booked with A1 Airport Parking (Premium Park & Ride Luton) and cancelled the same day via their live chat. The agent confirmed the cancellation and said the refund would be processed within 5 business days.
Six weeks later, I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact them, I get the same copy-paste response: "Your refund is in process, you will receive it in a few days." No dates, no confirmation, no action.
When I mentioned their many negative reviews online, they told me the reviews are posted by competitors. After this experience, I can confirm the negative reviews are absolutely genuine!!!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and use a reputable parking provider instead!!!!!

They are a bunch of thieves rude unprofessional toe rags stolen our money as we cancelled and no refund cancelled within 15 minutes after reading reviews received no email for refund tried ringing them and they put you on hold tried live chat same thing again would not touch them with a barge pole absolutely disgusting rude and fowl language down the phone disorganised bunch of pirates reading all reviews and you will understand what a corrupt organisation they are so be very aware as they damage and steal from your cars and there transport is near to non to deliver they are the biggest weasel firm i have ever to come across avoid at all measures

Even the guy working at Bristol airport said how bad they are and even when the get shut down just open back up again a few days later.
Left us stranded and had to book another parking as we would have missed our flight. Calling is pointless as they may or may not answer and when they do it’s the same old we’ll be 5 minutes.
Oh and they make you wait in the short stay car park and the longer they take the higher your parking is to allow them out of where they told you to meet them.

When we arrived there was a family warning us not to park with them as they had to wake 2 hours and still had to pay £20 to get a taxi back themselves . We knew this was a red flag but couldn’t leave as we had to fly within 2 hours of arriving so we had no other choice . The way back we booked for 2pm we called and asked where they were as he was late by 45 minutes and he was extremely rude to my husband hung up the phone and just said thank you bye when we asked how long it would be . Please do not use this company they are complete scammers we also had to pay £17 to take us there and back with crap service which didn’t say anything about it online !
Do not park with this company save your money and go to one worth parking at .
Bristol airport - A1 parking

When we arrived at the airport we had 2 vehicles booked. They could only find one and I had to get to confirmation twice of both vehicles. On the way back I expected both cars to be at the meet and greet as paid for. However one was at meet and greet and one was all the way in the green car park. I had paid for both cars to be at the terminal when we arrived back. The service was shocking when I got in my car my ac was on 6 and I was losing a good few miles. Will never use again.

So many different names used for this so called meet and greet, we parked ant Stansted, absolute shambles to drop car off, then when collecting car, no clear instructions, rude on the phone. Car was damaged and goods stolen out of car. Apparently it’s in their terms and conditions, that if anything goes missing, it’s down to the owner…so basically they can take what they want. Trying to get rectification on damage, is a joke, the customer service doesn’t exist and they certainly don’t care about their brand name, seem to change it when reviews slate them.

We thought we had booked with Meet and Greet Bristol airport, but this company seem to have hijacked the name and this confused us.
We were directed to the short term car park at the furthest part of the airport. I telephoned the number given to tell them we were there and spoke to an asian person who i could not understand, we eventually were told "twenty minutes " We waited there for what seemed ages, with others in the same predicament. Eventually two Asian gentlemen turned up, gave the car a very thorough examination, took the keys and said we could leave.it was an extremely hard slog up to the departure lounge, For us both 75 with a big case.
On return a week later, we phoned the number given and was told " 40 minutes " it was a long wait and after a long flight we were exhausted. Also, we had to pay to get out of the car park.
The original Meet and greet are next to the departure lounge not half a bloody mile away and all exit fees were included.
I would NOT use A1 Meet and greet ever again.

DO NOT USE this parking place. After we booked only then did they say their airport shuttle cost an extra £10 per person each way. When we cancelled only 15 minutes after booking they charged a 15% cancellation fee. They said the hidden fees are in their small print and they sent us on a loop to cancel. Apparently you can only cancel through the chatbot online. When you call they are super unhelpful and useless. Avoid at all costs.

Their shuttle to airport is not often at all (an h) as they hot just a van and the service rubbery slowly (at the reception they charge £20 for shuttle)
Almost loosing the flight due to their non organised management and lack of staff too

(BRISTOL) If it was possible I would rate this company zero stars. Their service was appalling a dishonourable.

On the day of dropping off my car, I phoned the number provided 30 minutes before I arrived. Not to say the man on the phone was rude/unprofessional and abruptly hung up leaving me thinking this is a scam.

Entering this place you come down a dirty track road and come to a brown electric gate. Through this electric gate is a farmhouse with horse staples and dogs everywhere. This didn’t give me much confidence and felt dodgy. I was then guided down the road to the car park by the one of the family members from the farmhouse who doesn’t even work at this company. Then met a guy who works at the company who told me the transport will arrive in 15-20 minutes which was actually near enough an hour.

On my return I phoned the same number when I landed. They said transport will arrive in 35 minutes. Yet again it didn’t come for over an hour. They don’t advertise this on the website. They make it sound like the transport is waiting for you. The bus driver was rude and we were waiting over 40 minutes to fill the bus. There was not enough room in the boot for any more luggage so the driver put the rest in with us on an empty seat. Some of the other customers got distressed that the luggage could fall off the seat as it was piled up. The bus driver then refused to drive and removed the luggage off the transport and removed the passengers which the luggage belonged to. After this he then phoned his manager and they sent out another vehicle to transport the excess luggage. Just to put the passengers kicked off the transport and allow them back on.

To conclude, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very stressful and is the complete opposite of what they advertise on their website. They are stealing your money and not returning the service you have paid for!

I cancelled three days before departure and I've still been waiting for my money for more than 10 days. When I call they tell me that I'm in the process. I don't know what to do. Ugh, disgusting company.

First and last time we will ever uses this company called them 45mins before arriving the to wait around for 50mins till they turn up.then when arriving back car was dirty and a flat tyre plus he just left the car running and walked away what a load of shit do not uses ever

The parking was so hard to find, we almost missed our flight. The lane leading to it is awful. On our return we phone and they said they would be 30 minutes. After 3 additional phone calls they arrived 1hour and 20 minutes after the 1st call. No customer service, very rude and unprofessional.

The biggest scam for booking operators run by Pakistani Muslims (keep using fake names for online chat) who take pride in making fool of customers. I chose my parking for 49 £. Then email comes extra 20£ for dropping and pickup charges. I immediately (in less than 10 minutes) asked for cancellation, which they agreed. Every week I kept asking and they confirmed always I will get my refund soon which never happened.
Worst is after 4 weeks, I was again charged 49£ which was shocking to me. Finally I got bank and other legal authorities (with multiple evidence) involved so finally after 2 months of mental harassment, I got refund from my bank.

Their licence should be taken away for destroying customer relationships of thousands of people.

A1 PARKING BRISTOL

What a shambles. Ok, first of all, I'll hold my hands up, when dropping my car off I completely forgot to ring the recommended 30/45 mins in advance and only rang 5 mins away, but I rang from a layby and could have waited there, however they said head to the short stay car park and someone will be there in 8-10 mins. About 40 minutes and 6 calls later they arrived costing me extra in parking fees. Not the added stress you want when you've got a flight to catch.

On our return to the UK, we made sure we rang as soon as we landed and still had to wait and hour for the car to arrive. This was at 2.30am. We were cold and exhausted. Safe to say, it is not the meet and greet experience they advertise!

(LUTON) For starters upon the email there was hidden fees of £20 for the van transport to and from the airport. this wasn’t mentioned when we first booked. We arrived at the location to very angry passengers and a van driver refusing to drive people to the airport.
We PAID for bus transport then paid for a separate uber to take us to the airport which was ALL unexpected.

On our return, I called fifty minutes in advance to let them know we were arriving.. to which we still had to wait over an hour after that call for someone to collect us.

When we asked where the parking was since we didn’t get it TO the airport, the person on the other end hung up… The van stunk of cigarettes and had us waiting once again. After setting off back to the car park, the drive wasn’t smooth and quite dangerous.

The part that annoyed me most was upon arrival, my car had the windows down, one of which (the front one) must’ve jammed or something but was BROKEN when i picked it up. The window will not do up again. I’ve travelled to a dodgy part of london now having to PRAY someone won’t stick their hand in my window and steal my car because someone at their company broke my drivers window.
