Avoid!
Please whatever you do, do not buy a holiday stay with 5pm if the place they are selling is not as advertised, filthy broken facilities and you refuse to stay they will not give you your money back because they say the voucher has been redeemed. They will take your money, refuse liability and say it’s up to the hotel you are staying at to pay you back even though you paid 5pm for the stay. Been a truly horrific experience. Never again.

Buying a lunch voucher.
There was lots of choices. The website was easy to use except when you go to redeem then it gets abit confusing.

Food was lovely with plenty to choose from. Staff were very attentive and friendly without being in your face. I liked the new deco and wouldn’t hesitate on visiting again. Have visited a few times over the past couple of years .

I bought a voucher for a golf experience for 2 as a birthday present to Ardeer Gold Club that is valid until next year. Was having trouble booking a time slot online with the voucher so called the golf club and was advised they have not been accepting these vouchers for 2 months now as they are not being paid. I have contacted for a refund and keep being told I will be updated in 24-48hrs once they look into it, after a week I made contact again for an update and had to go through all my details again to be told the same thing. Shocking service. The voucher is still available to buy! Do not use. Ill be taking this further.

I have an issue with with vouchers that…
I have an issue with vouchers that were gifted to me and have been trying for almost 2 weeks to speak to a human about it. It seems it’s impossible. Very disappointing. Will not be using or recommending using again. The vouchers I have are valid until the 31 October 2026 and I’m being told they have expired.
The account was credited after this review however every time I try to use it I’m told there is a problem with the payment card even though the card is being charged 0. I have tried 3 different cards. I have to approve it with bank/card company and every time it fails. I have tried many times over many days?????
