Good customer support
After a bit of a disaster with my renewal being moved to a 24 month contract and spending almost 1 hour on the phone, I was contacted by Ibrahim who was very proactive, thorough and resolved the issues very quickly regarding the above.

I am highly disappointed and highly dissatisfied with this.
For how many days now I’ve been out of network I can not work with my laptop and I have a lot of work pending to do.
It all started on Sunday and I placed a call on Monday morning which I was told that the adaptor plug is bad and it will be deliver to me.
Today Wednesday morning I had to track the item and I saw that it will be deliver on Thursday. This is unacceptable and I am very very dissatisfied.

Great service from Luke
Luke answered all my questions/queries straight away and got me the best deal with a better package than I originally went for. He got all my details and then I swiftly got the confirmation email and booked the engineer for next week. Had the choice of am or pm as well.
I also found the coversation on whatsapp much better than online chat bots/ help desk operative.
Great service.

The advisor who called me was brilliant. He was very precise, listened to exactly what I wanted, and didn't push me into anything. I told him what my budget limit was, and he worked out a fantastic deal with a 12-month contract that matched it perfectly. Great customer service from someone who genuinely wanted to help

Fast enough internet 🛜 speed for a social tariff of £13.50 for the first year then double the next year, however I am pretty sure they're rather retain customers instead of me switching due to price the price increase... I run 2 mobile phones a laptop 💻 and TV without any lagging in speeds around 80mbps average

The customer service was top tier
The customer service was top tier, the use of Whatsapp with a real person and Kay was great and much more manageable than ordering over a phone call, decent price on the wifi and the deals were good, ill follow up with a wifi review.

Rang after received a phone call…
Rang after received a phone call yesterday 5th oct about an issue I had never received before. Got worried and phoned about the issue and spoke to Tobi F who helped me with the situation. he was very kind and apologetic about the issue that had happened and reasured me that the payment (which is a direct payment )was actually being processed and not to worry I was also reasured that no-one would have just randomly phoned me about my payment or to make a payment over the phone. He made me feel at ease and confident about what had happened and what I did was right. I did apologise as I thought my tone was abrupt but he said he understood why I was acting like I was so Thank You so very much Tobi.
