Hi I called today 4th Utility to inform them of my returning the old equipment installed at my old address. I spoke to a fine lady called Siddiqua based in lovely city of South Africa. She was very polite & highly professional in handling the matter. It certainly makes a big difference when a company employs such lovely professionals. I would give her 10 out of 10 for this call.

I’d give this company a miss
I thought I would give a smaller company a go; they were offering a good deal for fibre broadband.
John Howard was a great salesman giving me 3 months free, due to a Black Friday deal. When I got the offer through & the deal was missing, that should have set alarm bells ringing but a colleague of his told me I would get a credit. When I set up the broadband, the speed was less than half of what it should’ve been. When I spoke to the technical department, they told me that was normal and offered me no support at all. I cancelled and it took me months of back-and-forth to get my money back. I had to chase them repeatedly. I found them a very untrustworthy company. The whole experience was a nightmare.

We understand your frustration after being promised a Black Friday offer that was not reflected in your order, receiving conflicting information about account credits, experiencing speeds well below expectations, and feeling unsupported when you contacted our technical team. We're also concerned to hear it took repeated chasing to obtain your refund after cancelling. We'd like to review this personally, so please reply to our request for further information and we'll investigate thoroughly.

Avoid
Avoid, avoid, avoid. You can't even cancel the DD, they deliberately put people in the worst contract without information or explanation. Avoid or regret, not to mention the unreliable connection.
