I was in a panic as sky couldn't…
I was in a panic as sky couldn't provide me with broadband at my new house. After talking to Chris Thorpe at 4th utility the panic is over. He sorted my problem and even made it cheaper than sky. I can't wait to get contacted now. Great service. Thanks Chris and thanks to 4th utility.

Finally someone took my request seriously. For the last few days I've tried to explain that my internet is not working, telling the reps that the 2 lights on the router were red. They insisted it had to do with the power cable, which was wrong as the power light was solid green. I spoke with Jon today and he looked into it thoroughly and created a request for an engineer to come and check the issue! Thanks Jon!

New Broadband installation from 4th Utility
The response to my application to install this broadband was extremely quick and I was online less than a week later. The engineers who came to install the system were very polite, efficient and quick. I am now enjoying good fast Internet access which is great.
