I received excellent customer support from Zander.

I have 4 printers and this one is by far the easiest to set up and print....if you are new to 3D printing this is the printer for you and it doesn't hurt that it has a large build area.....the only downside is you might have wait up to 3 weeks for it to arrive.....but their customer service is good

My experience with this store is very good. I initially thought to order tevo flash but Zander suggested Artillery sidewinder. I bought it as per his advice. The printer package arrived on time and the customer service was great. The printer itself needed a few tweaks to get working properly; the extruder's stepper motor's potentiometer needed adjusting so that the filament wouldn't slip in it. Otherwise it works fine

I have ordered anycubic predator here. Delivered by UPS from local warehouse. Had little issues early but I contacted sales, Zander asked anycubic techsupport to solve those issues. They did it promptly. Very pleased with responsiveness. I will definitely purchase again.

Purchased a Creality Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer Kit On December 3rd, received no information from seller/reseller (3dprinterstoreonline) other than confirmation of purchase. On Thu, Dec 12 at 9:24 PM I received a reply from vendor (3dprinterstoreonline) stating that no stock was left in the US warehouse and that a kit could be shipped from China for an extra 20$ USD. Payment for the shipping was sent immediately and sender (3dprinterstoreonline) confirmed that a tracking number would be supplied within 48 hours on Tue, Dec 17 at 10:52 PM. As of Today, Thu, Dec 26 at 7:27 PM, no tracking number as been supplied and vendor (3dprinterstoreonline) has not replied to a few attempts at contacting, one a reply from initial confirmation that tracking would be sent and one via website contact form. All time in EST.

*Update* Reply to email received, Zander answered with asking his distributor to provide tracking. No tracking was received.

Great customer service. I ordered my first 3d printer kit ender 3 pro. Delivered in good condition about just 4 days via UPS expedited. i also ordered 1kg filament but it is not included in the package. i contacted Zander of 3dprintersonlinestore. he ensures the filament shipment from China with the EMS tracking code. So pleased with the store support. 5 Stars!

Last week called about my order, no response! Email them no response, my order still not here over a week!

The website does allow for sending to New Zealand, I chose them for the fastest delivery as they said they had stock in Australia "25 to 48 hours", Zander contacted me immediately to say I had to pay more after the purchase as the website had not allowed for the freight correctly, he was really helpful in giving me all the details to pay the extra and fast to reposed initially, however, after the payment confirmation everything has gone dark, I hopeful this is due to Zander being a busy man and not any bad connotations, emailed and even call from NZ getting a voice mail, After reading all these reviews I'm hopeful Zander will respond today and I'll see my goods early next week, I'll then follow up this with a glowing review...........hopefully because I'm in a start-up phase of procuring more printers. :) "Updated" just got an email from Zander and all is under control, I think he is just busy so expect delays but it will get there :)

Good prices but shipping is confusing.

3D Printers Online Store is an excellent company. so far my experience with them is really good. I have ordered so far 5 3d printers. They deliver very quickly to India via FedEx. They can also help you regarding customs clearance, after sale support from direct orignal manufacturers. Few times I need to get replacement parts. They processed it from the seller without any issues. You can buy directly from the seller but the difference is here you can get little discount and quick support/ warranty claim. Zander is absolutely helpful so far. Great customer service.! I will buy my first delta printer from this store. 6th order on the way :)

DO NOT purchase from this company. This would be a zero rating if possible, buy from a reputable source like Amazon as 3D printer online store does not honor warranty. I got my new printer over a month ago and had a broken part and I got a response from "Zander" asking someone to support the issue however no one ever responds back after that. I have asked Zander for updates and all they say is that manufacturer is not responding to the requests. At Least Amazon will make things right.

I agree with all the 5 star comments. It came earlier than expected, well packaged, with clear and easily understood instruction to assemble. Easy to assemble, only major pieces, mostly just the frame. Came with tools, but it i better to you ones you already have. Includes PLA filament and (great) easy to use slicing software (some sample models) so if you are new to 3-D printing like I was, you can get started immediately. Quality for a reasonable (great) price. Does not involve struggling like earlier generations of 3-D printers [not any specific brand or model, just earlier.] I've been running it almost constantly for two weeks and the only problems have been caused by me.
If you have a reasonable amount of common sense, just a little patience, computer usage knowledge, and a little minor mechanical ability, it is time to start 3-D printing with the Creality Ender-5, a great printer to start with and use!

The good - Printer received in good condition, and working fine.

The bad - I chose to use this store because they were showing the cheapest price currently available. 6 days after processing the order and accepting payment, they demanded an additional US$90, claiming a system error had caused the wrong price to be displayed. While they settled for an additional $40 (to match the price directly from Anycubic), this is beyond dodgy. This was either a deliberate listing tactic to score extra sales, or simply extremely poor customer service to deal with a legitimate error, but either way it leaves a poor taste in the mouth.

To add to the fun, the resin didn't show up when the printer did, and I was only informed after I went chasing it that they were out of stock locally, with no indication given as to how long it would take to fill the order. And their chosen transport provider chose to ignore the 'signature required' stipulation on the shipping label, and just left the printer sitting in my front yard.

SO, in short, a pretty disappointing experience all around.
