If you are looking for a great 3D printer no matter if you are starting out or just looking to add a delta to your collection, this is for you. This delta printer was easy to set up, in under 30 minutes. It mostly comes pre-assembled; you just have to put a few assemblies together. Prints are super clean and detailed and the printer is relatively quiet compared to many other printers. It also comes with spare parts and a micro sd card with pre-sliced models to print. Also, I would like to thank Zander Luke @ 3dprintersonlinestore.com for helping with any questions I had before and after my purchase. I would highly recommend buying from their website, shipping was free and fast and had the best price I could find on the web, including amazon.

Ender 5 Plus was received in a timely fashion, but has a bad part(Switch at the top that tell the arm it's all the way back). I immediately contacted support and Zander opened a ticket, and then nothing. I sent messages to both Peter and Steven, no response, but I did just send those. I honestly wish I had went somewhere else.

Happy with my purchase. I pre ordered Phrozen Transform about 2 weeks ago. They committed early July delivery but to my surprise it is delivered last Sunday via FedEx. Customer service is top notch. Definitely there will be a shoutout on my YouTube channel about this store. Thank you!

I placed my order of Tornado 2 Pro on 09/01/2020.

At this time the Shipping Time was declared by 3 days, from German Warehouse.
But be warned, if there is written "subject to stock availability", it can by shipped from everywhere.
It´s mentioned in terms and conditions, thats true. In my opinion, this is a unfair business practice.
To shorten the story, after some Mails, I noticed that the order was placed and payed to FlyingBear directly and the store is only acting as a middleman.
The last 3 months FlyingBear was sending a lot of excuses.
- Suppliers not working, because of corona
- Staff forgot to send package(my favourite)
- Printer is in logistics but shipping costs are to high

Meanwhile they have managed that the PayPal Buyer Protection was going to expire.
So I opened a dispute, after getting in contact with Zander again and was refunded today.
Exactly 5 months after i had placed my order.
I spend a lot of time to find a solution and now almost every 3d printer is not available anymore.
To be honest, the second star is only because the response from 3D Printers Online support was fast.

Ordering was easy, printer shipped in around 4 business days. Arrived in good condition from an american warehouse. Any ? I had where answered within a day. Will look to do more business with them in the future.

Excellent sales services from Zander. I got the tronxy x5sa pro direct from the manufacturer USA warehouse. I got it within a week. 1kg filament is missing in the package. I had contacted Zander. He promised me to send missing filament from China or if not partial refund. Impressed!

I don't know how all of you can say zander has amazing abilities the only thing that boy did was pawn me off onto the manufacturer after lying to me
