I took a chance in buying from this site and I truly regret it. They first charged me $20 for shipping and the next day they told me I had to pay extra $180 for shipping or cancel my order. So I told them to cancel my order. After 10 days no one has cancelled my order or refunded me and all they tell me is it is the "seller" which according to them is the manufacturer that has to cancel it and refund me. Had to open a dispute. I recommend NOT buying from this site.

3D Printers Online Store has been great so far! I ordered an Ender 3 V2 from them, and it arrived in about a week, with good tracking along the way. I was hesitant at first to order from them because of some negative reviews I have seen, but my experience has been excellent. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

A few quality issues from the factory have turned up during assembly. When I turned the printer on its side to make attaching the vertical extrusions easier, suspicious rattling noises came from the mainboard compartment. I removed the bottom cover plate and found three random screws in amongst the wires and soldering on the mainboard. If I hadn't checked, and plugged it in and powered it up, the screws might well have shorted things on the motherboard.

Another Issue is that the brass ferrules on the Y-axis belt were not centered in their retaining slots, but were both positioned all the way to the sides. This made the belt track off-center, and it would have eventually scrubbed itself to pieces on the pulley flanges. You would never spot this during a normal assembly, but I removed the aluminum bedplate to install better springs and tighten the y-axis rollers because they were loose.

Finally, I just learned that some Ender 3 V2's shipped from the factory in late 2020 and early 2021 with 4.2.2 model motherboards that have been causing problems that show up several hours into long prints due, maybe, to overheating stepper drivers. The latest V2's have 4.2.7 motherboards and they seem to solve the problem. Having just learned this, I need to take the cover off of mine and see whether or not mine has the old board.

None of these issues are the fault of 3D Printers Online Store, but might be their responsibility as the seller. I don't know, and I haven't asked them about these things yet. As a reseller, if they complain to Creality it will carry a lot more weight than my voice alone. I'm just making sure that there are no more problems before I get in touch with them to let them know. We'll see!

I had to have a guitar part replaced that no longer is made, they were very quick/communicative/helpful & even shipped the parts to me (as I am out of state). Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was excellent. I was looking for a printer and of course I wanted it right away.
Not only did it arrive quickly, it got here even before the resin did.
There is absolutely nothing bad to say about their service.

This should be Zero stars. They lied and said any upgrades would come pre-installed. They refused to give any reimbursement when printer arrived with no upgrades with it. If you like to Gamble buy from here if you want good customer service get it from Amazon or Ebay who stand behind their service.

Don't use this website. I've ordered a printer 16th december. I was in contact with the support and was promised that the printer would be dispatched in 4 days. In the beginning of january i reached out to Zander again asking where my printer was. No answer. Eventually i had to open a dispute on Paypal and a week in they still haven't replied to it. Wont recommend anyone to use this site.

Ordered a printer on Dec. 26, 2020 and was provided a tracking number on Dec. 27 with an delivery date of Jan. 2, 2021. Item hasn't arrived and shows "pending" with the tracking number. I have reached out to the seller twice and have not received a response. Opened a dispute with paypal.

Had an issue with the filament I purchased not fitting in my printer. After speaking with customer service they sent out a free spool wheel that would fit the filament. Definitely appreciate the quality customer service. The printer itself works great as well and was delivered on time.

**update 1/20/21 seller never responded, website operator never responded. PayPal finally refunded money because they never heard from either seller nor website.**

I placed an order for the Ender 3 v2. when I placed the order, the website says it was in stock. A couple of weeks later, I inquired about status of my order and was told that it is not in stock and that my browser's cache must have been old to show that it was in stock (no chance). I had never been to that website before placing the order.
I kept sending emails with no response until I finally requested to cancel the order. Then they made me fill out some form to cancel the order and now I've been waiting for an update on that.
I eventually had to put in dispute with PayPal to get money back. I'm still waiting on PayPal to hear back from the seller.
The operator of the 3D Printers Online website isn't much help either. Their website claims that they have excellent customer service, but the only thing they do is say take it up with the seller. I would not recommend using this site AT ALL!

Good place to buy 3d printer kits at best price. I got price match as advertised. Fast shipping by FedEx from CA warehouse. Everything perfectly packed. I definitely recommend this store and will buy again.

This company does not stand behind what they sell. The 3D printer we purchased does not work, and they referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Tronxy, says they do not accept returns.

Ordered a printer (in stock, 2-4 days delivery) over 2 weeks ago. Haven't had any update on delivery since they took my money. Used the contact form on the website and haven't had a reply. They use "vendor" shipping but they are not the vendor when you look into it. Payment goes to Chinese email even though they claim to be US.
