First time buying a 3d printer and I came across this site, looked suspicious but took a leap of faith. I'm glad I did, the prices were great and received my item super fast!

Received the Laser a few days after ordering. The machine has been reviewed extensively on YouTube and it is much better than I expected for the price. The Z-lift was backordered but it eventually got here. 3D printers stayed on top of it and was regularly communicating with the manufacturer. I would certainly order from 3D printers again.

If good communications is key, these guys have it unlocked. They answered every email I sent in a very short time. Usually within 4 hours during the business day. Doing business with them was a pleasure. They have a new customer!

I bought an Ender 5 on 3D printers online, very good price, 3 days later i received the DHL tracking number (EU warehouse) and the 3D printer arrived
3 days later!!
In total 6 days!

After assembling my HE3D scanner, I was having trouble getting usable 3D scans. I therefore contacted the support of 3dprintersonlinestore where I bought the scanner. As a result, "HE3D/reprap.cn" replied to me. I received advice and hints on how to solve the problem and further hyperlinks. Since I still could not solve the difficulties I contacted "reprap.cn" again. I got further help and in the meantime I achieve good scan results. The support from "reprap.cn" came very quickly and was extremely competent. I was very happy about this support. I am happy to award 5 stars for this.

I ordered a Creality CR-10 v3 and somehow accidentally placed 2 orders. I contacted customer support and they said they would cancel one order and give me a refund. The order was cancelled but I never got a refund so I contacted them again. These guys are a middle man for Creality, which means your payment goes straight to Creality, so it was Creality who wasn't giving me the refund. They bugged Creality several times for me till I finally got my refund 11 days after the canceled order. The CR-10 v3 is an awesome machine tho!

My experience with 3D Printers purchase was nothing short of perfect. My complete order came in a timely manor. After I placed my order I had a question, fired off a email I had a response back within 12hrs.
I have found my suppler for any laser or 3D printing needs.

i got one wrong roll of filament in my ordered call the next day they where so nice over the phone and fix's order up. The filament I use from 3d printers online is so good to print with it's amazing. Purchasing and tracking has been outstanding, I highly recommend.

Lied to customers saying products are in stock when they are severely backordered and they know it they take an insanely long time to refund you're money and even after telling me that they are backordered there web sight continues to say in stock in us warehouse edit: they have updated the status to out of stock.

I ordered the wrong model by mistake, and realized it shortly after, I reached out and explained the situation, response was quick and I was able to pay the difference to upgrade my model. The issue was resolved quickly and communication was great.

Very helpful. When I need them, their right there. I'm brand new to 3D printing but I have a few pieces that were made for me from a 3D printer & after I saw how inexpensive they were, I HAD to dive in head first but these guys were there & continue to be there so I don't break my neck 🤣🤣🤣

I can see that people have various experiences with this company, so, I'll try to simply describe my experience with them - anyone can take whatever they find useful from it.
I bought Flsun QQ-S Pro Delta Kossel 3D Printer from them. Before I actually made a purchase, I wrote to them asking to confirm that a 0.00 fee for shipping is correct and got a response from Zander Luke that the information is correct as the printer would be shipped from EU warehouse (I'm based in Lithuania), so, no shipping nor customs fees would be involved.
I made my purchase. After a couple of days, I receive a communication letter from Lithuania's custom service indicating that I have to pay taxes for the items received from China and the amount was almost half the price of the printer itself. You may imagine if I found that as pleasant news. :)
I wrote to them, and Zander Luke forwarded this to one of the representatives immediately. This guy by name James did all the needed investigation (which was indeed needed as customs made errors with shipment codes, so, the info wasn't corresponding at first) to make sure that I'm not lying, but at the end he did acknowledge that an error was made on their side and put everything in order to make sure that I would be refunded the same amount that I had to pay to Lithuania's customs. So, he stayed in the communication the whole time (it took us 14 days exactly to make it straight) and I did receive my printer which I'm happy with as it's still providing expected results as well as a refund from the company.
So, I couldn't call this a pleasant experience, but I really appreciate all the effort that was put to make sure that I would receive a fair customer treatment. This makes me a happy customer and I would recommend their services to my friends with condition that same effort in customer service is still provided.

Ordered printer kit and was promised by zanderluke that it would ship in 3-5 days. No response after a week and after repeated requests for info ida said they are waiting for parts, if I could accept low quality parts instead. They have apparently declined to cancel and refund so I need to file a chargeback.

Before buying the printer I asked them multiple questions but they could only answer that the printer is in stock and will be shipped by DHL in 5-10 days. For all other questions I got a generic answer that everything is handled by the manufacturer.

The printer was in stock and shipment was handled by the manufacturer. National holidays were already in effect but the support team didn't know that and shipment took longer than a month. It was shipped by Fedex. While I was waiting 3dprintersonlinestore stopped replying to my e-mails and I started getting answers from the manufacturer.

Eventually I received the printer and it matched my expectations.

Hi I was at first a bit skeptical because of how good the prices were but after I ordered it was in a truck in the first 2 days and got to me In 4 so it was faster than Amazon for this item. There was great customer service and they would always answer ASAP. So if you are looking to buy a 3d printer for much less than anywhere then look no further than 3d printer online store.
