Great service and follow up we love our new printer!

Ordered TwoTrees SP-5 3d printer with claims to have stock in EU warehouse and 3-5 estimated delivery. But by the look of it - the seller is drop-shipping from mainland China and uses excuses to make customer wait till the product is delivered to EU.
Right now, 2 weeks after payment, I have requested a refund, but I was declined because the item will be shipped any day now…

I ordered a Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo from this company at the end of December, waited the 6 days or so they claimed and reached out to find out about why the printer was not there. Was advised that there was a delay and it would take another couple of weeks to show up. I waited until mid-late January and was told that due to the Lunar new year, the shipment was further delayed. I was really frustrated at this point and they offered me a free 1kg roll of filament for the issues. I followed up again the first week of February and the team advised that they were canceling the order due to no ETA from the vendor and that i had to file the cancellation request. Once filed i reminded them that they promised me a roll of filament due to all of the delays. they have since fulfilled the roll of filament and while it did not work out the way i was hoping I would 100% do business with them again.

Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I ordered a Creality Ender S1 Pro December 15th 2022. No problem taking my payment. Was told that it would ship in the next 2 to 3 working days. Didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks, so I inquired about my order 12/28/22. I was told that it is now back-ordered and that it would be in at the end of December, or beginning of January. I inquired about another model, and was asked to wait a few more days for the Ender. I told them that I would. 1/6/2023 the shipment was blamed on the COVID surge in China. Again 2 to 3 days to ship. 1/7/2023 I got the tracking information. 1/9/2023 the LED light shipped separately . 1/9/2023 the shipment was canceled by them for no apparent reason. 3DPrinterStore said that it was because of a logistics issue. 1/10/2023 I tried to cancel he order for the first time. And I made Zander aware that I was canceling. That PM was told that the oredr was shipped already. 1/12/2023 I tried again to cancel the order. Received email stating that once the order has been canceled, I will be refunded 1 to 2 days. I was told that it was too late and that I would have to refuse the delivery and have the printer returned. The printer arrived 1/24/2023, and was refused. The printer spent until 1/27/2023 trying to be delivered back to them. 1/31/2023, After I let sales know that the items have been returned, I was once again asked to wait a couple of days for the vendor to refund my money. Needless to say I still haven't received my refund. I am opening a PayPal dispute with this company today. My advice would be to find some other company that cares more about the
customer.

Now the company has stopped responding to my emails altogether. So I'm guessing they have no intention of returning my money.

Just an update. I have still not received my refund.

Left feeling ripped off.. lost out on the sales price of over 400$ savings they refused to honor the order they tryed to rip me off.. i ordered 2 cr10 smarts back on jan 17 they were on sale everywhere as eve1 knows the new years clearance sale was 358. per printer so figured good deal 40% off.. and they say 2-3 day shipping 5-7 day delivery us ships so i picked them out of like 4 other choices including the sales on amazon at the time so fast forward to the 22 i emailed and asked for update on shipping they Zander emailed back saying that there was a delay i would have to wait it would be shipped out on the 5-7 of feb now hes telling me the printer has been discontinued i called creality they informed me that it was in stock and has been and will not be discontinued i gave them the company name and am supposed to hear back from them for a futher investigation into 3d printers online store i wish i would have looked on here before i ordered i would have stuck with amazon they had it for 369. "use goback and u can see any webpage at a previous dates" its archived everyone should contact oregan ecommerce and file a complaint this company isnt even located at that address i pretty sure its a fake address for a overseas company with the hours they operate and respond seems fishyalmost forgot to mention that he even tryed to get me to switch to a cheaper model the anycubic kobra bad business and bad experience.. i would not recommend they did nothing to rectify the situation just lyed to me thinking i was stupid enough to believe it. yea creality would just stop selling one of there top models.. they costed me work i need the bigger printer for a job.. almost a month later still waiting hmm update yet they screwed me and canceled my order this company is one of the worse companys ive ever had to deal with i would suggest going somewhere else if u wanna get ur printer ontime or even in general this company tryed getting me to switch to a cheaper model blantanly lied several times on email ecommerce in oregon has started a investigation into this company.. report companys that violate the laws and business agreements.. goodluck and thanks for reading..

Customer support not honest. Asked before ordering, if the product is still available in Europe and if the price is correct. The answer was positive. Then after 3 days of purchase I got the email that the product is sold out. And if I want to chose something else or refund. I refused because I wanted the particular product. 3 Weeks still waiting for a refund. Luckily I paid using PayPal. But the seller is not answering in paypal resolution center.
Also you can still proceed with the purchase of the this product on their site even if it is "sold out" That makes me think that it was not just a mistake. It is just a trick to make people to buy the stock items. A lot of people won't wait for a refund and will agree to have the product swapped for an other.
Don't trust them

Yes, I really like the product, printing with it is a blast! I also respect the service that 3d printer online store provides. I totally respect the business.

I was skeptical after reading reviews so I cancelled 15 min after I put in my order. Emailed them to verify it went through, they responded quickly and in the end I ended up canceling the cancellation. Sale Rep told me I’d have it by the 17th (ordered on the 14th) and it surely did arrive on time. Everything was in the box and sealed, although there is no number emailing them isn’t a hassle or waiting game. Reps are polite, understanding and have no problem issuing refunds.

I purchased the Ortur Laser Master 2 S2 Laser Engraver Cutter Kit from them as they had the lowest prices and free shippping. I couldn't belive how fast the item came. Fedex told me it would be Thursday but it arrived much earlier on Monday morning. I will buy from them again and again, great prices, fast speed, and quick replies when I ask a question. They are awesome, I wish I knew they were there before as I have purchased a lot of 3d and laser stuff and never had speed, price, and communication as fast as they are. A+++

Couldn't be happier with my purchase from 3D Printers Online Store. My printer (Ender 3 Max) arrived as described, and on time. No issues at all with the ordering process, shipping or the functionality of the printer. Its been printing nonstop since I set it up.

Second review on these guys. I wrote a previous review when they helped me buy a printer suitable to my needs.

Two years later printer has a few issues and it's back with them. It took a few days and replacing various parts before it finally became apparent it was an issue with the filament, not the printer. Communication was great through the whole process. They really looked after me on parts and labour and the printer is running again.

Couldn't be happier with the service. these guys have a customer for life.

I have purchased 3 printers from Zander so far & everyone of them came on time or faster than expected. Great company to purchase from. When I had questions I emailed them & they responded within a couple of hours. They are very eager to help their customers. Their shipping is very misleading. I ordered on 1/16 and on 1/21 the order still showed as accepted so emailed them. At around 3am EST I get a response stating they'll have tracking information on 1/26 with delivery between 1/31 and 2/2. Their website says 3-6 days for shipping. Also, for someone supposedly being in Oregon, why would they be responding in the middle of the night. My guess is they're actually in China with a "front" in the US.

I ordered a Flashforge Finder 3d printer. It arrived very quickly. I haven’t used it yet because it will be my son’s Christmas gift. The package came perfect and well protected.
Before purchasing I wasn’t sure which model to choose, so customer service helped to decided based on my needs. I highly recommend this store.
