Great experience with this Store!
On 2 September 2019 I ordered, from Genoa (Italy), a 3D printer Tronxy XY-2 Pro from the warehouse of Germany: arrived at my delivery in perfect condition, September 6, 2019 at 01:30 p.m.
Payment with Visa, via PayPal.
I asked a question, via email, to 3D Printers Online Store, before deciding the purchase and I got an almost immediate, comprehensive and decisive answer.
Great shop! I will recommend it to friends and family. I will buy in this store again (I have already included it in my "Golden List")! Highly recommended!!!

A part was missing from my order and the vendor made me whole by shipping a replacement to me right away. We exchanged several emails prior but in the end they did the right thing.

This is my first 3D printer. I've been researching and procrastinating for over a year. The style (cube for stability), size (260x260x350) and the price (under $300) are why I decided on this printer make and model. This store, 3dprintersonline.com, has by far the best price on this model and the extras. I was expecting a moderate to difficult build process - yep! it sure is not for the non-technical/non-mechanical type of person - the faint of heart need not apply!
The package was delivered very quickly - less than a week to the USA. All of the pieces were there, the instructions for the build and all of the software needed are on the included SD Card.
Would I buy this printer again? Yes. Would I buy it from this store? Definitely yes, the price is great. The service is responsive via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Getting replacement parts? Not so fast, if Amazon Prime didn't exist then I would still be waiting to get this thing going.

If I could give a 0 Star I would. I ordered my printer on June 20th, the shipping label was created on June 21st and that's it. Printer has not been found since. I've reached out to Zander 'Customer Service Executive' (hardly), from 3D Printers Online and Monda from Creality and all I get was; "Please contact UPS". UPS won't assist as I am not the seller. It is now July 3rd and no printer. Zander has been of no help. I left 4 voicemails for him to contact me and haven't heard from him. I've requested to cancel my order 3 times to no avail. I will have to go thru legal channels now to get reimbursed. DO NOT USE 3D PRINTERS ONLINE STORE! Terrible customer service and delivery.

1 star deducted for failing to manage short ship item, It was left to me to chase!
One add-on (glass bed) short shipped by Creality. 3dpriners online organised replacement to be shipped from Creality China. However parcel went missing, no tracking available, It was delivered in UK on 26th June, Shipped from China on 16th May.

I purchased Creality Ender 5 about a month ago. Everything is prefect. Got delivered quicker than expected, faster response, packaging is very solid, getting nice prints so far. Extremely happy with the purchase. I see some negative reviews here, not sure about that. They might be bought from different sellers or manufacturers. I will purchase again from this store soon.

Wish I could give zero star rating. This website is just awful. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Their webchat is always offline. They just want your money. After that you are on your own. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from someone you can trust like Amazon!!!

Tech support from 3dprintersonlinestore is bad. Emails are no longer getting a response from them or creality3d.cn. Shop around before you make a purchase.

This experience was really perfect!
I order a staff on "3DPrinters Online Store" due to their service is really convenient. You do not need to worry about the best price or delivery. The "3Dprinters" has already taken care of this. I couldn't order from Aliexpress because delivery price to my country was higher than price of the item. If I order directly on "Ali", the custom clearing procedures would be more complicated and I would pay more money.
I ordered the printer that I liked the most. And it was delivered to my apartment.
Despite the Chinese New Year, the delivery was quickly.
So, my experience with "3DPrinters" was positive. And I recommend this service.

Ordered very late at night on the 19th and it arrived on the 21st! I didnt expect it before Xmas. Would definitely recommend!

These guys were great. I was worried at first but got a shipping notice in 3 days and the printer came I think in under a week after that. To be honest it was much faster than I expected. The printer is pretty good especially for the price here, plus with the heated bed my prints just pop off after it cools down and no glue or hairspray needed to get the pla to stick. Almost forgot I got the Anycubic i3 Mega. It does the job for our cosplay props fine. Leveling the bed takes a bit the first time, but good after that.

I bought a creality Cr-10S and I am very happy with the bought. I am a begginer in this subject, so I had to do a lot of tests and research before I could print something "good". One of the troubles I was having was with the layers separation, and I was using the free 200g PLA that came with the printer. I bought a quality PLA spool and the results were much better. There are some bugs with the printer controller, for example, when moving axes, its not possible to spin the controling wheel very fast because it will stop and you have to reset the printer. There was also one problem with one of the connectors that didnt have a locking nut, and the overall axes connectors are a bit clumsy.
Besides that, the overall review is very positive. I recomend it!

Terrible experience with them. They do not stock the printers or any parts themselves. The china company took more then 2 weeks to ship the items saying it was out of stock even though the 3dprintersonlinestore.com site is selling it. The printer finally arrived after many emails from the china company, yes you have to solve it yourself with the china company and not this 3dprintersonlinestore.com front. When I discover that one of the endstop sensor came broken when power on, I reported the issue and they say they will send the part from china, the us wharehouse has no stock and 3dprintersonlinestore.com is just steve forwarding your email to the china company. Don't trust this company, they are just a fake front with no support.

Since i put up the review, this company confronted me right off, much faster than any of their previous support effort. They said that I did not buy from them and the paypal payment was made to the china company directly and wish me luck returning the printer to china and getting back the refund. The said they refuse to support me and even deleted my account to delete tracks of my purchase with them. Then I see this interesting respond here on trust pilot even disputing that I bought the printer from them.

I did have a record of all the emails that Steve send to me as prove.

If you get from this company any printers and if there is a problem with it you are on your own. You might as well get from eBay directly or even from the china printer company directly would be better than dealing with this company.

I talked to the china company support staff directly and got a partial refund to purchased the replacement part from eBay as they are out of stock on the part.

Simply don't trust this company. They are just a bogus front taking a cut when you buy the printer directly from the printer companies from China. When problems comes you are in a state of limbo as you think purchased the printer from this company but yet they claim that you didn't. The payment was made to the pinter company directly and they have nothing to do with it.

I believe there are a few of these bogus printer company online with this similar business model. Perhaps they are all own by the same person.

Just stay away from these type of fake stores.

I have ordered more than 10 3D printers from 3D Printers Online Store over the past 4 years, and I have yet to be disappointed. Great service, and I have a hard time finding better prices on quality products. Definitely my go to web site for ordering 3D printers and 3D printer gear.
