Samples are a good place to start!
So far I've got the samples and still making decisions on my vanity order. The stone sample for the basin is lovely, the laminate oak is not quite what I'm looking for. I ended up going to a showroom while on holiday and the quality of the pieces is fantastic, but that was the flutes design so I think it's different to the flat finish material. I need a little more advice from customer services to know.

Disappointed
After installation 1 week ago it is concerning that orange dots have appeared around the plug and on the matt sink. Totally surprised and disappointed. Due to major installation delays there's no point raising it with company. Seriously thought I'd be getting decent problem free product

Beautiful and practical
As beautiful in our home as it looks online. It’s easy to install with the hanging rail. The USB and two pin socket are a little awkward—but they always are with these mirrors. 100% recommend

Misleading Website / Worst Experience with Build Project - Hundrends of Pounds Lost
Misleading Website - Poor Delivery and Poor Customer Service. Lost hundreds of pounds - if a vendor KNOWS that the photos of their main selling product are not correct, they should change them (to correct colour) - or at the very least warn customer on purchase. I selected a pale green vanity and upon installation realised it was dark grey. Told it was an issue with the image on the website, and no further assistance/ replacement given

Many thanks for getting in touch.
We've had a look into your order and can see that you ordered a Matt Stone vanity unit, nothing in green.
Whilst (as mentioned in our T&C's) our product images are very accurate, there may be very slight variations with the colours on the finished product. That being said, to combat this, we offer physical colour samples of our entire range so that customers are fully informed as to what their unit will look like when delivered, unfortunately we can see that you did not request a sample.
Whilst we would be more than happy to provide a different unit, unfortunately you have notified us of this issue outside of our returns window (also listed in our T&C's) further to this, of course as there is no fault with the unit you currently have, any exchange would be chargeable (a collection fee and any difference in price for a different unit).
If you would like to go down this route, please do let us know.

Damaged goods not replaced
Had to chase and chase for delivery of vanity unit even though they told us they had it in stock. Different colour to website when arrived. It is also chipped because they hadn’t packaged it properly but they said won’t replace 48 hours after delivery. Not replying to our emails! Appalling service

We can see that this has been resolved with our customer service team within 48hrs of first contact from yourselves and a replacement countertop has been organised.
We were also able to expedite this unit much quicker than advertised and was delivered over two weeks early.
We haven't had any communications from yourself on the colour of the unit being different from the website, can you please reach out to us with some images so we can look into this for you also.

Great products and quality
Delighted with our bathroom vanity units we ordered for a client. Good quality and excellent delivery. Pleased with the customer service and packaging of products was sufficient to ensure safe delivery. Accessories like the waste we ordered were great quality also.

Poor design- don’t buy Maggiore Solid Surface Freestanding Bath
I do not recommend buying the Maggiore Solid Surface Freestanding Bath. Whilst at face value the bath is a lovely design and finish. The detail on the design is not practical. There is 4mm channel around the bath waste where water collects, stagnates and leaves a dirty mark on the bath. This bath waste is not flush like standard baths. When I raised the issue there appeared to be good intention to resolve but a solution was not found. We use the bath regularly and have to clean it with a cotton bud but this is not a sustainable solution. For a product focussed on design, this is an important design element overlooked. Disappointed a solution was not found. Don’t buy this bath.

We understand that you spoke with our customer service team a number of times to try and resolve the issue that you're experiencing, and whilst we are sympathetic to your situation we can see that this was resolved as being no fault with the bath itself and if the water is rinsed through (such as with a shower head) then this will negate any potential buildup from happening around the waste entrance.
To confirm, our Italian manufacturer produces 25,000 of these baths a year and this is the first time they've had this feedback from a customer.
