Tive alguns problemas com a impressão (com uma cor estranha/ sair a preto e branco quando era para sair a cores) em alguns produtos que eu vendia. Contactei imediatamente o apoio ao cliente e até ao momento resolveram todos os problemas e foram sempre MUITO prestáveis! Todas as cópias que foram mal para o cliente foram substituídas por uma correta com 0 custo! Recomendo!

If you’re looking for a company that actually assists you in getting your book printed correctly, this is NOT the place.

Their system is entirely hands-off—if something is even slightly off, whether it’s page alignment or a misaligned cover, they will not intervene or offer any corrections. Instead, they print exactly what you submit, errors and all, and when you reach out for help, their response is basically: “It’s your fault.” No guidance, no quality control, no customer care—just a final product that may or may not turn out the way you intended.

Yes, technically, everything is in the fine print—but I still expected better. You might save a few bucks upfront, but if your book doesn’t turn out right, you’ll end up paying more to fix it elsewhere.

Easy to create your own book through their online platform which guides you through all the steps. Print quality is very good and the final product looks great. Whenever you encounter a problem or just have a question, their customer service is replying fast and accurate. The delivery of the books is done quickly and with utmost care. I am a satisfied customer overall.

My order went wrong 2 times, the first time they just replied saying they will produce another one with no expenses for me and then they just send out the same wrong order again and vanished. I never got a reply from them again. Sent multiple emails and no reply. Will proceed further, for sure, I’ve lost my money, but what about my clients that are waiting for the order for weeks?

You can't even assume your mistake. I got the same issue going on and on again, for weeks! It wasn't the case that I received the wrong print, you reprinted it and the issue was sorted! It kept happening for weeks! You replying that "you think" you did everything right, just reforce how arrogant you're without being able to recognise that you did a poor job. Also, my emails wasn't replied in a timely manner of 24hours, I have all of them and can easily prove it by sending the whole thread, but it's not the worst part, the employee that replied to me, was extra rude, like it was my fault that you did a horrible job. It's absolutely unreasonable to have that kind of attitude with your clients. Well, not a client anymore, but for the health of your business, you should have some communication metrics delivered to your employees.

My order went through very quickly, with a nice quality. I like the structure of the paper and colour and quality of the cover. For me it took 5 days from order to having the books arriving at my home.

Very easy to produce and have your book printed from a pdf or Word doc. They will print a single copy or hundreds of copies. They also have an internet sales site to assist selling and marketing your book and print each order on demand. Highly cost competitive and quick printing and delivery times. No up front costs, except for ISBN application of around €13. Highly recommended.
