Communication with customers is very poor.
Your warehouse sent me the wrong part for which I paid 300 Euros. You told me to wait for your instructions and I never received them.
I sent an inquiry for your warehouse three days ago because the price was unusually low and you never heard back from me.

Website didn't function as it should, but client support was helpful and solved problem

First order from Bartparts a few monthts ago was quickly delivered. Second order was impossible as it was impossible to log in. Asking for a reset of password failed and failed. The chatbot only referred to the FAQ. The contact form only referred to the FAQ. I tried to call, which led to a menu with 3 automated options. Tried all 3, the third seemed to get me to a person, but then the connection was broken off. By that time I was pretty annoyed. By coincidence I landed on an email address, not a support email address, but at least my mail got sent. That lead to a quick reaction and I got to speak to a friendly and knowledgeable person who explained what had gone wrong, he solved the problem and by now the order is on its way. He agreed with me that the website did not seem to function as it should. Too bad that trying to order an item caused so much irritation, but all well that ends well, I trust the order will be delivered soon as the first order was delivered very quickly too.

---The seller sent me the wrong part and I reported it to Bartsparts. You told me not to return the part until you send me instructions for returning it and you never contacted me again.
---I asked you not to send the order UPS, because there are problems and the order travels for ten days, and you sent it again UPS
---Every time I ordered something, I paid in advance, and if I order a million times, they will wait for payment for 3-4 days, and only then will they order the part for me, and in the end it will be a very long wait.

--The Return Process: It is unacceptable that you were left waiting for return instructions without a follow-up. Communication should be proactive, not silent, and we are sorry for leaving you in limbo with the wrong part.

--Shipping Preference: We apologize for the inconvenience, but the shipping partner choice depends on different factors, and we do not have always all options available.

--Processing Time: We value your loyalty and the fact that you have ordered from us many times. However, when you chose bank transfer as payment method, we can not ship your order till we receive your payment.

We always want to make this right immediately. Please send an email to support@bartsparts.com with your current order number and a reference to this review. We will personally ensure that you receive the correct return instructions (or a resolution) for the wrong part immediately.

Overall correct seller.

Overall correct seller. The only down is that very often they don’t provide photos of the parts they sell. 2 out of 14 parts I’ve purchased came wrong because of the lack of item photos.

Ich habe eine Bestellung getätigte und auch gleich bezahlt. Der Preis war sehr gut. Aber dann habe ich 2 Tage später den Betrag erstattet bekommen und der Artikel ist plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar.

Aber im Shop dann für 30 Prozent teurer plötzlich wieder verfügbar.

So geht man mit Kunden nicht um . Nie wieder

Commande réalisé en urgence pour une pièce de tracteur, selon leur terme, après paiement il est possible de réclamer la TVA.
Création d'un compte, impossible de rentrer un numéro de TVA.
Réclamation de la TVA après avoir reçu la pièce, ils me répondent de créer un compte et ensuite de leur donner notre numéro de TVA.
Je leur répond que c'est déjà fait, leur redonne le numéro de TVA et réclame la TVA.
Un mois plus tard sans réponses, relance.
Trois mois après la commande toujours rien.

Leur site est une marketplace extrêmement mal géré.
Si vous avez le choix évitez!
