The experience of having a new boiler installed was great but the one thing you need to pick up on is when it comes to a boiler service you keep letting customers down with appointments

Our records show that at the point of installation you were advised that boxing would need to be constructed around your external flue after the installation. This work was not completed and was subsequently highlighted by the manufacturer.

Excellent service from engineer…
Had a boiler fitted and the engineer was very polite and explained everything well. However, we could have been updated more by the office that he would not arrive until late pm when we were originally told from 8a.m so took the day off work unnecessarily.
