My Dads boiler and whole heating system was on the blink. I ended up paying for a new boiler, but the guys who came out to flush the system and replace the boiler were great.
Comms could have been better (I was away on holiday and gave them another temp number to contact but still got several calls.
Work was good though. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Demise of an old boiler!
Support and fitting given/delivered efficiently and effectively. Having identities that existing (very aged) boiler was repairable, costs involved and reliability issues warranted a replacement. Pricing was fair and instillation followed within two days. Fitter was efficient and friendly. New system operating at 100%

I have been with 247 staywarm for 6…
I have been with 247 staywarm for 6 years and 247 home rescue for around 9, I cannot fault either.
It’s a fantastic way to be able to afford a new boiler, taking away the stress and worry of paying out a large sum of money, while you are paying up the boiler all your servicing and any repairs and taken care of. The customer service team are very helpful and exceptionally polite, they go out their way to help.
We are due to move house and will certainly be taking out boiler cover with them in our new property

A Job well done!
The installation of the boiler was carried out swiftly and without any fuss. I pointed to the installer that the system might need flushing but he showed me the clear water and said didnot need flushing. He explained the timing switch operation which I had never been able to sort out before. So all in all an excellent worker and good job completed.
