From start to finish , very helpful and friendly lady on the fone, huy came to give a price, very happy with that, installation guys absolutely lovely, professionally, tidy ,clean an all round perfect service.

After servicing the boiler James left having highlighted a problem covered by my warranty. Within less than an hour I was booked in for a replacement part to be fitted. Later that day totally due to my worry about causing any additional damage I had no heating/ hot water. (Just an expected drop in pressure following a service! And nothing James had or hadn’t done)James came back at the end of his working day and spent some time checking everything and going through how to keep it working until the replacement part was fitted. He was extremely kind and patient and spent time reassuring me. I am an older single lady who felt reassured- not patronised- and who now has heat and hot water thanks to James’ care and professionalism. Thankyou James.

Just got home from Tenerife at 4.0 am Monday to find the house freezing. Boiler tripped. Tried resetting it but it wouldn't fire up. Fault code C1 (exhaust fan fault). Emailed at 04.30 and rang them at 9.0. After some shopping around a new fan was ordered Tuesday, delivered Wednesday and fitted Thursday. Heating and hot water re-established. Thanks to all at Aquashield for a prompt and friendly service.

From the point when we made our enquiry, having a survey and receiving a quote- through to the installation of our new boiler the service has been excellent. Everything was explained to us clearly, we were put under no pressure to make a decision. The work was completed to a high standard in a very good time scale by friendly and knowledgeable engineers. Aqua Shield came to repair a water leak under the floor in the living room. We can't praise them highly enough - a simple repair turned in to repairing 4 leaks under the floor and having to fit in with Yorkshire Water to solve the problems which kept cropping up! Andy, the plumber, had to go under the floor in the wet and crawl. He certainly went the extra mile - had to come back at request of Yorks. Water the next morning,has a work ethic that is very rare these days.

We have been with Aqua Shield for 15 years always given us good service and good attendance when required . Our boiler broke down altogether Boxing Day and even though it was the Christmas period they sorted and fitted a new replacement boiler within a few days . Engineer Alex did very good clean and tidy job and did not leave until that he was happy that we knew how our new boiler and thermostat system worked . Left us very happy with the work he carried out . The office staff was very helpful throughout the whole process . Would highly recommend this company

From the administration to the first visit from the team to to fitting of the boiler every was excellent service.

We live over seas but still have our property in the UK. Booked a call out for a heating problem and all went very smoothly. Prompt and good value. Tenant noted that Engineer turned up on time, was neat and tidy and very professional. Thanks for the great service.

Aquashield are a first class company who have the customers best interests at heart . Prompt and efficient and always provide a Can do attitude . All office staff I have had contact with over the years are always polite and extremely helpful. We recently had a new Boiler fitted and Craig the engineer was efficient and again engaging and polite . We have had to have a few visits recently due to issues with household items breaking down all have been covered under our Homeplan insurance ,Andy has sorted them again efficiently and promptly . Aquashield are a top quality company . Many thanks gor your assistance.

Strongly do not recommend, Boiler installed was against industry code.

The Service from start to finish was amazing.
Quote for new combi boiler was explained fully, once we accepted the quote we was booked in and everything was explained.
Day before fitted we was contacted to give us a time of arrival.
Day of fitting was told again when the fitters would arrive.
The fitters were friendly, extremely tidy and everything was great.
Once finished the new system was explained and there was not a bit of dirt or rubbish left.
Next day we was called to see if everything was ok and to book us in for service for next year.
Outstanding service 100% recommend.

What a refreshing change to have a company that turned up on time from the initial meeting to the finished installation.
The initial meeting we asked advice on have air-conditioning fitted to two bedrooms. It was explained where it could go and how it would be fitted.
Workmen arrived on time both days,protected all carpets before explaining how they were going to fit in the rooms. Got on with their work and made a very tidy job inside and outside.
Checked it all worked and showed
us how it worked before leaving.
Very pleased with the finish.

Excellent Service.
We have used AQUA SHIELD for several boilers over the years.
Not because the boilers were faulty, but because we moved home a lot!
Again, the engineer arrived on time, was courteous, and when the installation was completed, our house was left clean. The office staff are all first-class to deal with. My wife and I thank you.

Our old boiler had finally given up on us & was hoping to install a new boiler when we replaced the kitchen but it didn’t work out that way. We needed a free standing boiler to go where our old one is & no one seemed to be able to help with this but Aquashield came to take a look & Andy managed to sort this for us. The installation was booked in quickly by Mandie due to having no hot water & the process was handled very professionally with Andy & Julian removing & fitting the boilers with very little mess & what was made cleaned up instantly. The follow up visit was again smoothly conducted arriving at the exact time they said they would with a follow call from Mandie to check we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very quick response to the enquiry, extremely pleasant during site visit, patiently explaining options and providing personalised solution. We were also provided options for finance and once again personalised solutions to suite our needs. During installation, team were professional and respectful. Julian and Alex + the two leccys who were virtually invisible because they got on with their work then told me they were finished and left, that left Julian and Alex gteat workers and the interaction with them was maguc, work rate 5 Star, quality of worktip top, they were friendly, hard working and a treat to have them doing the work, we ended.
