Impossible to withdraw

Impossible to withdraw. Just says there's no added payment method even though it let me deposit easy enough! No way to add a method either unless I make another deposit and risk losing even more money not being able to withdraw. Went on live chat was 16th in queue! Absolute scammers.

When you win they say bet not accepted

After losing £8000 and playing the same repeated bet, my number came . It shows my bet is accepted and the ball stop on my number . But suddenly the page got disconnected, when I refresh the page to get paid . Just because I had big money on my numbers they told me my bet was not accepted in the first place . I have got the screen shot for 3 times they did the same and sent it to them , I am not sure if I have been blocked but they have not reply me after sending them 36 emails in 10 days … big cheaters … once you win they will say the bet was not accepted…
I have Been waiting still and talked to more than 7-8 different people in the chat and all they say is to wait for our team to reply. ( after waiting two hours in queue to talk someone in chat )

Withholding my money and can't access the account

21 have somehow made it so that I can't access my account. I can log in, the site then asks me to confirm my address details, but goes straight to an error page. I have contacted them about this several times now with no response. 

I am getting really angry now as I have sent several emails about this which keep getting ignored.  I have money trapped in the account which I unable to access.

Edit: 21, I have emailed several times about this with screenshots of the error message. Always ignored.

Edit: 27 June and they still have my money. absolute con artists

They stole my money.

Wow, they stole £64 off me and claimed I had spent it.

History.

April 4th this year I had a total of £64 in my account, I attempted to withdraw it but it was refused so they could verify my account. The £64 was not returned to my account, but I thought no worries, its probs in limbo as these things usually are during ID'ing

Few days later they had an offer, deposit £30 and get 20 FSs....so, I deposited a further £30 to play the offers. I wagered what I needed, span my free spins and ended up with £24 in my account after my wagering and free spins.

£64 had still not been paid or returned to my account, no worries, still in limbo I thought.

Anyway fast forward to today, I look at my notes and realise the £64 was never paid, checked my bank/paypal to make sure...nope. In my account is still the £24 I had left from the £30 dep/wagering/free spins.

So I contacted their live chat to query.

Girl on live chat then tries to inform I in fact spent the £64!!! WHAT??? Had I hell.

She then cuts off the live chat and seems to switch it off so I couldn't contact them again

Sooo I thought lets check. Went through my history

Yup, 4th April, the refused withdrawal

Yup, 7th April £30 deposit for offer

So I checked my gaming history...counted all the spins I had made on this site for the last 2 months....139 spins of 20p...so as you can see, there is the £25/£30 wagered (must have been wager £25). Then NOTHING....no other wagering or spins made?

So where on earth has this £64 been wagered? as this charlatan had claimed?

Crystal clear the girl on live chat was outright lying and crystal clear why they killed live chat.

WOW...did you ever think one of these big name casinos would outright steal your cash then lie about it? £64 too, how pitiful.

This is no case of my making a mistake or whining because I lost cash, the proof is there in both my banking and gaming history. £27.80 spins on 7th April and no others....no others for over 2 months in fact which more than covers the period from 4th April.

How on earth has £64, my further £30 deposit and any winnings I won been spent on £27.80 worth of spins for crying out loud?

They have stolen my money and now lying trying to make out I spent it...I wonder how many times they do this and con naïve folk who believe them.

People STEER well clear form these and probably their sister sites Leo Vegas, Slot Boss and Pink Casino.

UPDATE - Shock Horror, I was right, they had stolen the money, the girl had lied, I did not spend it...they traced the cash, luckily I was on the ball and noticed their attempted theft. Now I wonder how often they do this shady little trick and end up the customer not even noticing.

Didnt get a proper apology neither.

Avoid at all costs

Similar story to a lot of people. Refused withdrawal pending identity verification, completely in breach of their license conditions and then live chat staff were sarcastic and rude when this was pointed out to them. Avoid them at all costs.

The reply below this is nothing at all to do with the issues. This company, looking at these reviews, are consistently in breach of their licensing conditions. Don't open an account with them. There's far better online casinos.

For those interested: 17.1.1 section 2 of the LCCP conditions state that: A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. This requirement does not prevent a licensee from seeking information on the customer which they must obtain at that time due to any other legal obligation.

This is quite clear, and 21.co.uk seem to think this condition of their license doesn't apply to them.

I won £7,000 on slots and as soon as I went to withdraw, my account mysteriously disappeared. I can no longer login. I contacted the Live chat and they said they had no news to tell me and to wait for the verification team to contact me.
Even if they do contact me, you can appreciate how worrying it is when you had a balance of £7k and you literally can no longer login.
Good thing I screenshotted the winnings. I'll be going to a solicitor and the GC if I don't get access soon and a speedy withdrawal.
Very shady.
I will gladly edit this review with an update (positive or negative) when there is some news.

Used to be a good site

Used to be a good site, could deposit, play, withdraw etc.

I deposited around £200 in the last month, played and lost, then as soon as I tried withdrawing £50, it kept refusing my withdrawal (despite my ID and bank account all being fine)

Tried calling customer service, going on live chat, emailing etc.

It shouldn't take nearly 3 weeks to withdraw £50, really annoying when depositing goes through in seconds, but withdrawing takes nearly a month.

EDIT:
It's now weeks later, I tried to log in and my account has been deactivated. I contacted live chat and they said they need to verify my account, so to take a photo of my bank card, send a photo of my ID, and proof of address.

I've provided this literally 4 times in the last few weeks.... I upload all the documents, it says verification complete, then when I try to withdraw, they tell me to upload documents.

I've never had this issue before, it's like constantly hitting a brick wall.

If I upload my bank statement, ID and proof of address, this will literally make it the 5th time in weeks I've provided them?
