Don’t pay out
Trying to withdraw your winnings from this company is impossible, tried many times to withdraw money they just don’t release the funds .
Just stay well clear of this company they literally rob you blind , I’m seeking advice from the gaming commission about this company and how it doesn’t pay out your winnings.
Any company related to this one I would advise you stay clear spread the word so others don’t get robbed!!!!!!!!!

I read the awful reviews but decided to give them a chance ....Boy was I wrong Absolute sheisters !!!!
This company is an absolute shambles avoid at all cost. My account was closed down with them due to non verification. I initially complained to them that I was not happy as the game kept on glitching and logging me out mid play to which they were very responsive in making excuses. I then went on to query why I was allowed to register and deposit when I have a closed account with their sister company which means that I should have not been allowed to deposit at all. I raised a formal complaint and they just proceeded to ignore me meaning tough luck very quick to defend their dreadful software but radio silent when a valid concern is raised-not even an acknowledgement One of the worst casinos I have ever come across and extremely unprofessional - A seemingly rougue company Avoid like the plague !!!

I recently signed up to the site on a welcome offer and was fortunate to win over a £1000 and have then tried to withdraw this it was still cash balance being used and not the bonus funds, I clicked withdraw then a couple of days later I didn’t hear anything.
I then had an email saying I was blocked from their gaming promotions and their other sites as well and I couldn’t create a new account.
I emailed back asking about the funds they said the withdrawal didn’t go through as they could verify bank details.
Sent back details a few days ago and still nothing in my account and got an email saying it’s being dealt with by the complaints team and I can expect 28 days for them to respond.
I don’t understand how it’s so simple to deposit to one of the accounts but they make you jump through hoops to withdraw to the same account, absolutely ridiculous.
Edit:
On 23/08/2022 spoke to someone on chat who was very helpful apparently my documents have now been verfiied and it should be an accepted withdrawl within 10 days we shall see, I will edit this post again if this does happen and when.
On 28/08/2022 this was all paid no problems.!

Making a withdrawal takes up to two weeks. Once you request it you get a request for ID verification. Which is ok, except that a different request comes every other day, rather than all in one go (or indeed BEFORE any withdrawal is made. Drags on forever. When eventually they approve every document possible then takes another 2 to 5 days to be paid.

Quick withdrawal but restrict quickly
The account didn't last long after a few wins they restricted the account. That's to be expected when your beating SP reguarly but what seperates them from some (not all) other bookies is that they restricted the account very quickly. Ulyimatley my time with this bookie was very short.
No issues withdrawing funds. I made the request yesterday afternoon and it was in my account the next day mid morning (so less than 24hrs). So no conaitn from that aspect.

No fun here at all
No fun here at all. Been here for weeks and tonight I have decided to move somewhere else. Spent around 5k in all that time. Hit multiple bonuses and every single one of them have been crap. And I mean a good 50 in all that time. How is it possible for all of them to be crap. It makes no sense. My usual stakes are between £4 to £10 but everytime I move to smaller stake e.g £1 bonuses fly in and pay better than higher stakes. Infact my biggest win was on a £1 stake which payed 380. £5 stakes payin £3.60 to £50 average. It’s ridiculous. I’m done here. And yeah don’t bother replying to this 21 coz I already know what your gona say. This review is for others to stay away. Absolute waste of time and money.
