We booked 121 flooring Berkhamsted to come round and do some measuring and quotes a few weeks ago. Elliot was very helpful and informative. Based on his visit, we ordered a stair and landing carpet which was fitted last week. The fitter was professional and did a great job.

Have used 1to1 flooring for a few rooms. Very happy with quality of carpets and also their excellent customer service and fitters (their own, not subcontracted). Todays experience excellent. Would highly recommend.

We recently had some new carpet fitted by 1to1 Flooring. Firstly, we are so glad we decided to go with these guys. They have a plethora of different carpet brands to choose from and they're so helpful and courteous, you don't feel like you're a burden.

We've had a disappointing carpet experience with a well known department store, (JL) so we were hoping to find a reliable and polite company to get our carpet from....

We were served by Wayne at the Barnet branch who moved mountains for us. We were working to a deadline and Wayne managed to get the carpet we chose in double quick time! Needless to say our carpets were fitted in time for our guests to enjoy! Thank you so much Wayne.

Tony and the carpet fitters were great. They took their time and produced an excellent finish. There's nothing like knowing someone is doing a good job for you.

On the basis of our daily living experience, we are constantly reminded of the Pleasure & Appreciation we feel for the work recently completed at our newly refurbished home by the team at 1to1 Flooring in Harpenden.
It all started with our initial meeting at their showroom office where we benefitted from the very helpful advice & guidance offered by Kathy to assist us in choosing the Invictus LVT flooring to be installed throughout our newly purchased 3 bedroom Flat - as we prepared for its complete refurbishment, and the Big Move from our prior home of 50 years in North London - to relocate near our daughter & grandchildren here in Harpenden.
Richard took over the detailed inspection & specification for the installation, which he then seamlessly coordinated with our Builders, through to it being beautifully completed by Callum & Harley - for our own ongoing appreciation & enjoyment.

Recently used 1to1 flooring Barnet branch to lay our new floor. Wayne in the showroom was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and took ownership of the project from start to finish. The floor was laid by Matt and Reece who were a joy to have around and took great pride in their work and were very professional.
The job was originally surveyed by Tony who was also
very helpful. All four mentioned are a credit to 1to1 flooring and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Wayne at the Barnet branch was so helpful. From choosing the carpet and underlay to arranging the fitting. This is the second time I have used 1to1 Flooring in Barnet, and would be happy to recommend

Matt in the St Albans branch was very helpful and went above and beyond to give options. We were not especially high value customers but we did not feel rushed at all.

From the time we went to the Leighton Buzzard showroom, the service was extremely good. From Helga and Richard in the shop to the fitting of the carpet, everything was professional and of a great standard. Would highly recommend!

We have always used that very large carpet company in Whetstone or Frien Barnet to carpet our house thinking we were getting the best deal and the best quality. We recently wanted to carpet two of our bedrooms and visited the show room in Whetstone. Fast forward we chose the carpet and they gave us a quote as the carpet was on a 50% discount that day from £78 sqm. We chose to wait especially after being told there is an extra charge to rip up the old carpet and underlay and dispose of it and that is ONTOP of the laying of the new carpet and underlay. So much for client loyalty. Then I came across 1to1 Flooring on Barnet High Street after reading some exceptionally good reviews. So we paid them a visit. Chalk and cheese compared to the other carpet shop. JENNY & WAYNE were warm, friendly, welcoming, helpful, professional, polite and personal. We found an even better carpet (Invictus Magnificus (Supreme) , Steel Grey) that was as soft as a baby's .... skin. We then got the quote and to our shock horror the difference was nearly £900 .. CHEAPER!!!. Did I mention that included everything (yes the ripping up of old and laying of new etc.). 1 week lag time between order and fitting. SHANE AND HARRY attended on the 14th to do the work. OUTSTANDING. PROFESSIONAL. FRIENDLY. I cannot compliment them both enough. All fitters and trades people should be as good as these two guys. Thank you Shane and Harry for doing a remarkable & terrific job. We absolutely LOVE the carpet and underlay. The rooms have been beautifully transformed. We cannot and I mean cannot recommend 1to1 Flooring in Barnet enough. You will be crazy to find a carpet elsewhere. Like I said a truly magical experience.

We recently had Invictus flooring laid by Matt and Reece and I can't recommend them enough.

They did a top job and we absolutely love our beautiful new flooring.

They both had a great eye for detail and their work is perfect.

It was a pleasure having them around too which is always a bonus with workmen.

We will definitely be requesting them again for our next floor.

They are a credit to 1 to 1 flooring.

Brilliant service. From the first shop visit in Harpenden to the carpet fitting this has been a very good experience. Knowledgeable,helpful and friendly staff at every turn. I cannot recommend this company too highly.

We had our carpet fitted yesterday to the Stairs/Landing and 3 Bedrooms and I just want to praise the fitters, Mark and Tyler, who were helpful and thoroughly professional. Their finished work was superb and it’s transformed the house.
They took great care with the newly painted walls and skirting and worked well around a large bed. I would strongly recommend this company.

Used 1to1 Flooring for the first time this week to lay a new Amtico herringbone floor in my sitting room. After a helpful visit to the showroom and some excellent advice, two fitters arrived yesterday, stripped out carpet, underlay and tackless strip, took it all away, laid plywood over the floorboards and put a layer of screed over the whole floor. Today, after the screed had hardened, they laid hundreds of herringbone tiles to leave an immaculate flat floor. Beautiful job, performed by professionals in super-quick time. Well done!

We have recently had flooring installed throughout our new house by 1to1 Flooring St Alban’s, carpet upstairs and Amtico on the ground floor, and are extremely happy with the results. Matt was so helpful and knowledgeable as we spent some time and several trips to the showroom before deciding on colours and designs within the Amtico ranges. Kieran did a fantastic job when installing a combination of herringbone and plank styles. We must also commend the fitters who laid all the carpets, including a very neat fit on the stairs.
