According to Win 10 product page information, it's possible to face activation issues while using Microsoft cd keys as you can read on Dell website too:

There are other activation methods rather online activation method that most customers try and if it fails then they think something is missing !

But customers should be patient and cooperate with us and follow our provided solutions to try other activation methods too because it could fix the problem and if it fails again ( as it's possible that a cheap win 10 cd key doesn't work at all ), we have a clear refund policy procedure for such cases.

According to the supplier decision, a new replaced cd key for order #29432 is sent to your email, Please check your email spam folder too.
We are really sorry for the issue occurred, regular investigation procedure takes a few days to be done [ According to our Refund Policy page ] as we should wait for the supplier investigation.
We ask customers to give us required information to speed up the process in such cases, so we can send a replaced cd key/refund faster ( behalf of us not the supplier ) but unfortunately the customer refused to provide them, so we needed to follow the regular procedure to contact the supplier for further investigations that we did for this reported case.

According to valid sources, it's possible to face activation issues such as error 0xC004C008:

The first step is that you need to try other activation methods but you refused to do! We Claimed the Trustpilot profile on March 2016 and collect reviews ourselves and it's not logical to aim scamming anyone to receive NEGATIVE reviews.
As you can see, so far we had 4 negative reviews that all of them are related to windows 10 not other products, In general, activation issues could happen for Cheap windows keys [ everyone can check reviews on other stores for Windows 10 Pro OEM, there are different activation methods [ this is written on product page on our website [ according to Microsoft website :

We guided the customer to do it, but refused to do and said us that " I don't have phone to call ", how it's possible nowadays to have no phone ?!!

We reviewed such issues on a public blog post and there is a clear Refund Policy procedure written on product page and here:

We are able to help customers and replace their cd keys ( as we did earlier for windows 10 cd keys ) only if customers want to cooperate and follow the procedure and not telling " GIVE ME ANOTHER CD KEY NOW ! "

Sir, You refused all of solutions, then expect us to send you replaced cd keys ! no one does while you don't provide us at least a clear screenshot showing the both product key and the error. here is your screenshot !

No" Product key " is visible, only an error message is in front of it , then we requested twice for sending another and clear screenshot showing both product key and the error, we didn't receive it finally.

On FAQ page is written " if you can’t wait for such cases, pls don’t buy any product. " :
So, we highly recommend to be patient and follow our support guides to the final stage and not leave the procedure at the first contact or in the middle of the investigation procedure by us ... so if you can’t wait for such cases, pls don’t buy any product.

We can't say that the customer tells the truth or not, but claims without any proof are not accepted at all, we tried to help but the customer refused to cooperate, all steps could be done within 15 minutes by customer. Then If it was not successful, we were ready to send a new replaced cd key.

This message may be updated in future if there is updates. ( because we have sent a complaint form to the supplier and waiting for their decision, if they accept, a new cd key will be sent to the customer )

2- We guided the customer well and requested to try other activation methods but refused to do ! [ not by phone activation, not Microsoft Live text chat support ].

3- We told the customer we can send another cd key but this time as we have not received any proof, the customer should activate the new cd key over Skype using desktop view share, so everything will be clear for both sides, but the customer refused again and told this surprisingly:
" Support: We can send a new cd key only over skype, you need to share your desktop view
Customer:no because I am part of big criminal organization
and I don't WANT TO SHARE my pc via skype for this reason
I buy activation key FROM YOU with bitcoin
are u stupid?

4- Finally after back and forth, WE requested the customer at least send us a Full desktop view (not cropped) showing both "Product Key" and the "Error" to send a new cd key without the need of Skype contact but if there is a problem again, we only accept the problem if the customer provide us proofs from Microsoft support, again we have not received any screenshot visible from our side and requested twice to send it on website chat support or as a ticket, because live chat direct email doesn't support attachment. [ again refused to do and said : " Don't waste my time. Give me a real key or stop spamming me! "]

5- According to our policies, We sent a complaint form with the first screenshot we had from customer to the supplier. now it depends on them to accept or not, if they accept, a new cd key will be sent to customer within next days. [ because the customer refused to follow our guides and only said " GIVE ME ANOTHER CD KEY NOW ! which is not possible for us but also many other stores]
