We are sorry for the issue occurred but you had not sent us any ticket to inform us the issue earlier !
There are multiple notices on product page, checkout page and also order emails warning about probable activation issues for cheap Microsoft cd keys.

Also there was a clear ” Activation Guide Notice ” link in order email that tells :

you need to send us the ” Installation Id ” so then we are able to check for ” Confirmation Id ” if available for activation or you need to use ” Phone Activation Method ” that usually fix the issue.

Hello,
We're sorry that it seems you faced activation issues.
As your ticket was responded earlier, we asked you to provide us requested proofs, but you sent us screenshots of a NEW ACCOUNT WITHOUT any redeemed history so based on supplier needs we asked you to contact steam support to confirm the time/date of activation, then it's possible for us to resolve the problem based on our refund policy:

Please take this into consider that We're are a reseller not the supplier, but we try to provide stocks from the best possible suppliers and so far it was rare to face such issue for a steam gift card, they are digital gift cards so we need valid proofs in such cases.

Finally, the order was refunded to the customer on Jan 27.
We kindly request the customer to update the review and rating ...

Also, we kindly request all customers to be patient if they face any activation issues with Microsoft cd keys. At first step, please report the issue " including all reuqested info and screenshots " only on website ticket section so, we'll be able to resolve the issue within several hours.

Based on our reply to your ticket for the last order, in the last reply we only requested you to send us on *** only on Website Ticket section *** :

2 Full window desktop screenshots ( NOT CROPPED ) showing :
** the product code entered
*** the code & activation error message

This only takes 2 min ! it's not a long time... Then we can follow our refund policy procedure and resolve the issue as soon as possible, but we need your cooperation.

As we checked the customer account, the customer had 7 orders since Sep 2021 and reported an activation issue with the last order.

We put mulitple notices on product page, checkout page and also pending payment email, and it is clearly announced that such issues could happen for cheap Microsoft cdkeys and customers need to provide us proofs such as screenshots to show that the issue is with the boght cd key not a CROPPED GENERAL screenshot you did ...

We need clear proofs to send them to the suppliers, as they are not FREE KEYS !

After receiving your ticket regarding the reported issue, unfortunately after 4 times we asked you to provide us more screenshots, but you refused to do ...

Our refund policy is clear and is written on both product page and also Refund Policy page. we kindly ask customers to read them before any order to prevent such issue and also if happens, they can cooperate with us and usually they will be resolved as we did earlier.

All reveiws from " Paola Bianchi " and " Mark " and " Thomas " are from 1 person and THEY ARE SPAM.
We contacted the user to issue the refund for the order, but he is still refusing and posting fake reviews.

This person is trying to send different comments by different accounts " Mark " and " Thomas " are 1 person, it's reported to Trustpilot ... So frustrating !! Clear as day this person is lying!

The customer order is " On-Hold " startus for ~ 4 days and he is still refusing to respond to our prior email via ticket section as we requested!

The customer claims " ... and not responding any tickets. ", We have not received any ticket so far from this person for the order and it's completely wrong and false information !! we've contacted him twice and none of them responded via ticket section or website support chat.

Also in email we sent to the customer before the purchase, we clearly stated :

"ACTIVATION NOTICE: Please take this into consider that for cheap Microsoft cd keys, in case online activation fails you need to use \" Phone Activation Method \" for activation.'

if Phone activation method doesn't work, then customer should send a ticket including :


1- The ” Installation Id “ you got from phone activation method

2- Full window desktop screenshots ( NOT CROPPED ) showing your current inactivated windows version, the product code entered and the code & error message ( windows taskbar Should be visible too in al screenshots )

For all Microsoft products, there is not one but also muliple notices on product page, checkout page, also in "new received order email " before customer payment stage and completed order that state :

" ” … DISCLAIMER | IMPORTANT NOTICE :
The customer IS RESPONSIBLE to try/use Phone Activation Method for activation in case the Online Method Fails … ”

While the customer doesn't read anything what should we do ?! here is our email asking from the customer to try " Phone Activation Method " and contacting us in case of activation fail, but he refused to contact !

" ... Also there is a ” Send us a Ticket ” button to get us informed to be able to help , but you have not sent us any ticket so far !

At the moment, we suggest to try ” Phone Activation Method ” and if it fails then get us informed on ticket section including ” Installation id ” by sending a ticket then we can investigate the issue. "

He clearly accuses us while we did all we could do to help him but he refused all of them and complaining! We have a clear refund policy and all customers should follow the procedure, if anyone doesn't like it then they are free to use other websites !
