ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF THE TOUR FLEX SHORTS. UNFORTUNATLEY THEY WERE A LITTLE TO SMALL.
CONCTACTED 19TH HOLE AND WERE REPLACED WITH THE NEXT SIZE WHICH FITTED MUCH BETTER. WORE THEM LAST WEEKEND AND THEY WERE EXTREMLY COMFORTABLE.
THE SHIPPING PROCESS WAS GOOD AND LET ME SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SARAH WAS FANTASTIC. NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM.
ALL IN ALL VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

Ordered and received two pairs of shorts - they were to big so I contacted company for an exchange- they said to donate said shorts and they would replace them. After 5 months and many emails I’m still yet to receive the replacements. Very disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

Best golf shorts you can own
I received the wrong size shorts and after contacting 19th lab they resolved the issue easily and quickly. They sent me the right size and they are the most comfortable golf shorts you can own. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with 19th lab golf. My order arrived promptly, unfortunately the shorts didn’t fit. I contacted 19th lab and Sarah assisted me in a timely manner and sent out replacement shorts. New shorts fit perfectly, very comfortable and great style.

I ordered the wrong size- they got right back to me and changes out before it even shipped! Great response. The shorts are so thin and light, I would recommend for any golfer.

Product and customer service
I am not one that will purchase product from ads on FB. I noticed a product from 19thlabgolf so I took a chance and bought golf shorts. I received the golf shorts and after trying the shorts were just a little snug, BTW, the material and quality is as advertised, light weight and vented airflow.
Returning the product was seamless and the return contact information was responded within twenty four hours. Response: please give us the size you would like to replace the shorts. And please don’t return the shorts instead donate to anyone you like.
Excellent customer service and product as advertised.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and unfortunately they weren’t the right size, I contacted the team at 19th Lab, and they have organised to send out another 3 pairs, I haven’t received them yet transport has been a little slow, however I am excited to receive them.
