The shorts turned out to be very good for golf. At first I thought they might be to large but after wearing them the were comfortable.

perfect fit and length
I now have 4 pair of 19th lab golf shorts and they fit perfectly. Usually, I have to have my shorts legs shortened but not with 19th lab shorts.

It’s truly lacking
The delivery and packaging is timely and proper. You will get your products in good shape.
I have insoles, shoes and shorts from them. They are acceptable in quality but lacking in finish. You know the saying “you get what you pay for”? Well I’m not impressed and I’m feeling short of what I paid for. It’s functional. The price and quality don’t match. This is where I use the word “cheap”.
I have a review done on the shoes specifically.
Don’t spend here to save a few bucks be willing to for pay more somewhere else.

30 day no questions asked guarantee is worthless
They advertise a no question asked 30 day trial period. The shorts didn’t work for me as the pockets are too shallow and the fit doesn’t work for my body type. I contacted customer service for a refund and to utilize the guarantee you have to ship the shorts back to Australia and pay international postage, even though the shorts were shipped to me from California. They did offer a partial refund to keep them but they make the guarantee very difficult and expensive to use

Return process turned GOOD
I ordered two pair of golf shorts from the 19th golf lab.
When I received them they them they just didn’t fit right.
I emailed Customer Service, they were very cooperative and immediately placed a replacement order for a different size shorts. to my surprise they told me not to return the shorts that were to small but give them to someone that could wear them. I did that and made someone very happy and I’m sure a potential future customer.
What a great experience dealing with what could have been the typical exchange/return process. With 19th lab golf they took the opportunity to make two customers happy with a process that worked for all! I will buy again from this company.

I love the lightness of the short
I love the lightness of the short, its pricing and its appearance; however, the fit was just not for me and my body type. I am 6'2, 230 lbs., with a 38 inch waist.

The fit of these shorts was horrible. Company wanted to send another size. Getting a refund was nearly impossible and they do everything they can to get you to take a reduced refund. This company is customer unfriendly. Too bad the product quality is so poor. It took 5 weeks to get any money from them

After a three-week wait...
After a three-week wait, I was notified that my package was shipped from Illinois, expecting it within the week. To my dismay, week four arrived, and further investigation beyond their misleading tracking link revealed the package was just leaving China, not even in the US. I feel deceived and disappointed. I bought 2 pair of shorts. They are good, lightweight but the waistband is bigger than the pants themselves. I wish they had some elastic or were cut a 1/2" smaller.
