I had a problem with the size of shorts I ordered. They said no problem a new pair was sent out the next day. The customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a pair of shorts. I wasn't sure considering the fantastic price, but I was pleasantly surprised on how comfortable they are. Fit perfectly, light weight, cool and quick dry. I will order the other colours now. Also the service and delivery were excellent. Well done 19thlabgolf.

Placed an Order for some shorts and pants.
Goods arrived in a timely manner.
Unfortunately they were to big however the process to get them exchanged was so easy and straight forward which was very pleasing to see.
The product's themselves look good quality and can't wait to wear them.

I purchased two pair of shorts - 38" inch waist which were too large. They also did not iron well - they looked like they were resurrected from the clothes basket!
After contacting the store, they were very helpful in replacing the items. I, eventually received the replacements (Australia Post :( )

I would have gave this product five stars but when I received the shorts, they fit a little too tight so I had to re-order an exchange to the next size up that fits me perfectly and the only other thing is the time of delivery. It takes a little while to get them but all in all they feel good and I can’t wait to try them out on the golf course. Thanks to Sarah for all of her help.

Really like the look, fit and feel of my new shorts. Really love the medium inseam, because I hate having shorts hanging down to my knees. Super light weight!

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, usually wear XL, theirs were too small. Customer support is very helpful, didn’t want wrong size returned, material is very thin. Have not received new pair. Will give them a try again.

Very good response time solve the issue quite correctly and quickly. Received my refund within a few days. We’d certainly use them again.

I ordered two large shorts which ended up being a little too large as I am a waist 34. I contact 19th lab customer service and they answered my request very quickly and professionally. I was impressed with the fact they said to keep the original order which I thought was great I am not a big fan of packing stuff up for returns. This kind of service will go a long way in return business.

I purchased 2 pair of golf shorts from 19th lab. They are extremely comfortable with a fair amount of stretch for those of us that need it.
Also discovered that liquid beads up and rolls of when you spill a beverage.
Highly recommend!

I fell for it and ordered 6 different color shorts. Mostly because they advertised to try it for 30 days and if you’re unhappy they’ll refund you NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you read their policy it clearly states that if it’s used it’s non-refundable (read this after I started receiving a headache from this company). When I received my order, the shorts were too big and it was made of super cheap thin material that was practically see through. I tried to get a full refund but they kept pushing that they can send a smaller size or give me 50% back and I keep the shorts that I was trying to get a full refund for. I explained that i don’t want the product and want a full refund. They responded, "For a full refund, items would need to be shipped to our US fulfilment centre.
Return shipping from Australia typically runs $30+ and takes 3-4 weeks. You'd need return tracking.
We sell worldwide but currently only have a returns centre in the US. Our fulfilment network keeps prices low with free shipping and BOGO deals.
Given the shipping costs, many customers prefer a 50% instant refund instead - money in 3-5 days, no post office trips.

I told them that I live in the United States so shipping is not a problem and requested a full refund. After going back and forth with them they finally ignored my emails. I finally gave up and agreed to one of the options. They didn’t even respond to my email and just sent me an invoice for smaller sizes. This company is trash, their product is trash, and now I’ll be stuck with trash that cost me a lot of money. If you’re going back and forth about wanting to try these shorts DONT DO IT!

Their insincere bogus apology/response to my feedback is full of it. They’re just happy to get away with not having to give a full refund. Total scam people please don’t fall for it. You’ve been warned.

I received a responding email in the email thread with customer service for this company. "Last message from me on this - I know you're busy.
I'd like to process a 50% refund right now (you keep the shorts), plus 25% off anything in our store next time.
If there's anything else I can do to make this right, I'm all ears."

Still trying to weasel out of giving me a full refund, as advertised. Why would I want 25% off of trash? Why would I settle for 50% of my money back when they advertise 100% money back, hassle free no questions asked. They're "all ears" but obviously not listening, more like selective listening. Ignoring the fact that I've asked for a full refund several times. Again people, DO NOT FALL FOR IT. You have been warned.

I ordered two pairs of shorts, in different sizes, in order to determine which size fit best.
I asked for an exchange of the incorrect size and their response was to keep/donate the incorrect size and they will send a replacement for free. Great customer service.
As for the shorts themselves, the material is very light weight, stretchy and should be nice and cool this summer.
Some of the stitching / quality control could be a little tighter, so we'll see how these wear over the next few months.

I received my shorts promptly… thank you. Unfortunately for me I misjudged the sizing. No problem for 19th lab. They posted me two new pairs which fit great. The very nice people didn’t even want me to post the other two pairs back to them. No extra charge. I’ll definitely be using 19th lab going forward with great customer service like that . Ordered 2 pairs of golf shorts. Very good price. The order came fairly fast considering the distance. Unfortunately they were too big. Sara however responded very fast and sent out a new order and told me to keep the original order. Loved the customer service×!a!

I had to return my shorts as I ordered the incorrect size. They had the new shorts in the post the following day and replied to my inquiry asap.

These shorts run VERY small based on sizes - trust the measurement, not the size. Customer service was fantastic, and set up a replacement order immediately.

I had to change my size and 19thlabgolf could not have been more helpful. They provided the best experience I've had over quite a few years of online shopping. The shorts are great too!

The shorts are fantastic, fit is spot on, light weight. I only wish they had a couple more
Belt loops, that’s it otherwise great gold attire. I’ll be ordering more from 19th Lab Golf.
