The part I ordered at The Start of March hadn't arrived by April so I contacted company.They refunded me immediately plus plus. Although a week later the part arrived and I contacted customer service to repay and thank them .
Response was please keep part and thank you for payment offer but accept from us as Courtesy for late delivery.
A++++ company to deal with and will deal again in the future. Btw part was perfect for the fridge including easy fitment instructions

Really disappointed with this service. Dpd drivers can read note on door which says leave parcels in garage please. Considering i work from garage and im in it almost all day there shoukd be zero issue with delivery or instructions
