On a good note, we are definitely not scammers and never have been. If you have been charged for a membership, you most likely signed up for one of our trial periods and forgot to unsubscribe. This happens a lot to some people, and we try to help as best as we can. Sadly we or Trustpilot have not received any information from you, so we assume that you are talking about another company than ours, or are not a real user to begin with.

If you really think that you can buy a 10-pack for £4.90 even though a 2-pack is £8.90 then please explain that to your creditcard provider. The total price was stated on the payment page multiple times, but you didn't read that.

If it says 10-pack --> £4.90 PER PACK any rational person would understand that you won't get 10 pieces for £4.90.

Please take this in mind before placing such a comment. Thanks!
