On a good note, we are definitely not scammers and never have been. If you have been charged for a membership, you most likely signed up for one of our trial periods and forgot to unsubscribe. This happens a lot to some people, and we try to help as best as we can. Sadly we or Trustpilot have not received any information from you, so we assume that you are talking about another company than ours, or are not a real user to begin with.
