John & Adam arrived today, having texted 40mins before arrival, bright and early. Very polite & knowledgeable with complete confidence in their task to move our tub to my Daughters house 3 miles away. Must confess I was a little apprehensive but shouldn’t have been. These guys are great, super efficient and an absolute pleasure to have employed. Tub was all wrapped up in foam and plastic sheeting to keep clean which worked a treat would highly recommend!

Very professional, patient, understanding and particularly knowledgable. Azz understood our dog within 5 minutes of meeting him!
Whilst it’s difficult to stick to all of the advice all of the time, we feel that we’ve already seen a change in Max’s behaviour for the better! So, with time, we’re confident that we’ll get to where we want to be! Thanks Azz!

Great experience once I contacted by chat but TBH it was somewhat a last resort as I found the website difficult to navigate and did not easily link to the product that I knew was available but not easy to locate?

Tricky events after changing to smart meters where they weren’t communicating with Octopus. However, a Lady by the name of China stuck with us on the issues and resolved to all parties’ satisfaction - great service! Thanks.

Our order was picked, despatched & delivered,excellently, within 27hrs of placing the order!!! Amazing! We received 3 emails, 2 messages & a live tracking map after being given a 3 hour delivery slot.
