Had a small issue with one of the items purchased - this was resolved very speedily by a chap called Haseeb ! Haseeb arranged for another item to be sent out for me - all round great customer service - I have bought a few items for a renovation from bathroom mountain and I would recommend this company

The product itself was fine , but was delivered to the wrong house by Evri on Saturday the 20 December - the box was soaked through - very annoying it is for a gift.
The team from filter have been fantastic and contacted me straight away to see how they could help - so thanks so much for that , Steve and Mia - excellent customer service- have a lovely Christmas !
