The only issue I had was that I was unable to create an account before purchasing anything.

Very simple to get started for a new user to post your first quote. Communication with the different couriers was very good. There is an option for a three way chat between the buyer, seller & courier which I found could be helpful.

Easy to use & competitive pricing. Best of all you don't have to be worried that you will lose access to your keys unlike when buying from G2A or other key resellers

Material feels nice on skin. Product works as advertised, really helps to deal with heat when wearing a full suit and is very thin so does not interfere with other layers. V neck can't be seen with a regular t shirt but prevents armpit sweat being visible which is good.

Ordering online was easy, had to wait a couple months for mattress to be in stock. Once it was, I received an email asking me to arrange a delivery date and the mattress arrived rolled up on said date.

I was surprised that the mattress came rolled up, but after opening it up and leaving it for half a day, it was perfectly fine.

TLDR: Overall I'm very happy with this purchase, will most likely buy from Archers again in the future.

The customization options were very good. Finally found a EU SINGLE sized divan bed base for an affordable price. I bought the reinforced version and the quality is good, have used it for 3 months now. No creaking, drawers work fine.

Bought over the phone to arrange a collection in-store so I can't say anything about delivery because I did it myself.

Delivery was quick and faster than estimated, the tyres were undamaged and of good quality. Have been using them for almost 6 months now with no problems. For my next tyre purchase I will most likely use Tirendo again since the price is very competitive.
